"Miss Shin Y/N?"

"Present, Sir!" I shouted

He continued to call the students but then someone barged inside our room. Some girls giggled while staring at him.

"You're late today, Mr. Sim."

"Move, that's my seat."

"I went here first, and who are you to act like you own this school?"

"Miss Shin, you should go and find another seat. Mr. Sim was right."

"What?! What kind of professor are you? You let students act like that, I won't let that slide. Just because why, did he came from a rich family? That's why you let them act like a bastard!" I grunted, making the students gasp.

"Miss Shin! Office, right now!"

I quickly stood up, heading to the office but a man suddenly bumped into me.

"What the heck?!" I shouted

"Oh, so you're the cool girl who's sent here because of your attitude." he chuckled while eating a lollipop.

"Correction, I'm just fighting for what's right."

"I know, but your brave attitude got nothing in this school."

"Huh?"

"The more powerful your family is, the more the school prioritizes you. That's the truth about this school. Remember that." then he pointed the lollipop to me.

"Anyways, do you want to escape with me?" he held out his hand

"What if they scold me more if I did-" he cuts me off by covering my mouth with his hand.

"I won't let that happen, Miss. I mean, then I'll take the blame for you. I promise you. By the way, I'm Lee Heeseung."

"Shall we?" he added

"I'm Shin Y/N. Hey, remember your promise!"

He nodded as he chuckled, he pulled my hand as we ended up outside the school. He gave me a helmet.

"Wear that, do you know how to?"

"Of course." I tried my best to wear it properly, he quickly snatched it from my hands. He pulled me closer to him as he started to put the helmet on me, then he also wear his helmet.

He removed his coat, giving it to me.

"Place it around your waist, you're wearing a skirt and I won't let you ride my motorcycle just wearing a skirt."

I rolled my eyes then placed the coat around my waist. I rode his motorcycle, I placed my hands on his shoulders.

"That kind of grip won't make me start driving." I heard him sigh, he held both of my hands, making me embrace him.

"Don't be uncomfortable, I'm just doing this for your safety."

"I know.." I replied, then he started driving.

Few minutes later, we arrived near the shore. We both removed our helmets and sat in the sand.

Heeseung's POV

"I'm one of the respected students in our school, what would they even think of me when they hear about what I did?" she started to panic while gripping her hair on her head.

"Then why don't you just let them? Why would you even let the people's opinion ruin you. You know yourself more than the people around you. If you're that misrable about your reputation, what more about me?"

"Why? What's your story, Heeseung?"

"Well, I'm actually a troublemaker in our school but an academic achiever." I chuckled.

"I thought you were also a student there.."

"I am, and I'm from the other building. I  just went to your building to pass my cousin's thesis."

"Why? Who's your cousin? I mean, can't he do it by himself?"

I chuckled in her response.

"I'm the one who did and finished his thesis."

"What's your cousin's name?"

"Don't you dare know about him."

"Well, he's actually smart but I'm just doing it in favor of his family." I added

"What do you mean by 'his family'? His family is also your family."

"Not for me, I don't consider them as my family and I will never."

"Well, I guess we really should stop talking about them." she laughed, making me smirk.

"Do you join school clubs?" I asked

"Yes and actually, I'm the president of the school government."

"It only mean one thing, you have a lot of responsibilities."

"Not that much, but it's really stressful."

"Hmm.." I responded

I stood up and removed my shoes and socks. I also pulled my polo sleeves up, I walked to the sea and splashed water to Y/N who's deeply staring out of nowhere.

"Lee Heeseung!" she shouted

"Come here, I promise I won't do it again!" I laughed

She followed me

"So, friends?" I offered my hand

"Why not?" she smiled and accepted my hand.

Few hours have passed, we dried ourselves first before driving her home. We arrived there few minutes later.

"Heeseung, you really don't want to have dinner here or even have a drink?"

"I'm alright, Y/N. It's getting dark now, I should go now. Good night!" I smiled at her.

"Good night too, Heeseung. Drive safely."

I nodded and started to drive.

As I arrived in their house, I saw my cousin playing darts again.

"Have you finished doing my thesis?"

"Yes, I already gave it to your professor earlier."

"Good."

I sighed and went to my room.
