Three hours ago, a shockwave emitted all the way from Raccoon City, has spread far out across the globe causing no harm whatsoever. The real question is what caused this and what was it. Intelligence reports straight from the sources in Raccoon City that six unknown individuals risked their lives in order to wipe the infection clean from the City and possibly from the air we breathe. A speech from President Graham was given later after the incident occurred"

"We are dismantling all funding with Umbrella. The Military. CIA and The Government will no longer be associated with the company due to its illegal experimentation. It is my understanding the bombing of Raccoon City was never ordered from me nor the rest of the staff but by Umbrella themselves to cover up what really happened.
