Viltrumite/Kryptonian Physiology: Being a hybrid of both races, Jack unlocked all the powers a Viltrumite has but since he is also a Kryptonian, his body can absorb Solar radiation from a yellow sun to further fuel his powers even more and also gain new ones. Also being the Son of Thragg, the most powerful Viltrumite in history, his genes puts him on one of the most powerful beings in the cosmos. Even under the effects of a red sun, Jack can still use his Viltrumites powers to fight. With Solar Energy in his body, he can live without eating, drinking and sleeping.

Immense Strength: Combining both his raw Viltrumite and Kryptonian strength because of the sun, he can bend steel with ease, punch through boulders, lift heavy objects larger than him and can generate shockwaves with just his blows. He can also used his leg strength to leap tall buildings in a single bound. His strength grows as he gets older thanks to his Viltrumite genes. That's why he doesn't know his limits yet. He is much stronger than a fully grown Elite Viltrumite.

Superhuman Speed: Jack can move at tremendous speeds, able to travel around the world in mere minutes or seconds. With his speed, he can create tailwinds strong enough to wipe out a city. This also applies to his reflexes and reaction time.

Nigh-Invulnerability: Jack's body is incredibly resilient, allowing him to withstand a wide range of attacks without sustaining any significant harm. He can walk away from explosions, bullets, missiles and powerful energy attacks. He even held himself with the likes of Nolan when they train together.

Superhuman Senses: Jack has super senses that lets him see and hear from afar, see through walls and has microscopic vision. He can also breathe in space or hold his breath for months.

Heat Vision: Jack can shoot beams of high temperature from his eyes. He can control at how high the intensity of the beams are from slicing threw anything and to none lethal ones.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Jack can heal the injuries he receives in just a day. He can heal broken bones, torn muscles and damaged organs. He is also immune to any kinds of illnesses and poisons. He can also instantly heal if he absorbs more Solar energy from the yellow sun.

Reactive Adaptation: Jack can grow stronger after experiencing a life and death situation. He grows in strength, speed and durability in correlation with the level of adversity he faces.

Flight: Jack demonstrates the remarkable faculty to achieve self-sustained levitation, enabling him to ascend to great altitudes and propel himself in any desired direction. Moreover, he possesses the ability to dynamically adjust his flight path mid-flight, affording him seamless maneuverability across diverse environmental settings. Notably, this exceptional aerial aptitude grants him the capability to navigate through the boundless expanse of space.

Decelerated Aging: Because of his genes, Jack ages slower as he gets older. And because of his solar powered cells, it slows his aging even more making him practically immortal.

Superhuman Stamina: Jack can continue physical exertion for prolonged periods of time without showing any signs of exhaustion. He can likewise endure some of the most grievous of injuries that would instantly kill a human, excluding too much harm to his heart or brain, and endure them long enough to heal. Nolan also can go for several weeks without food or water unhindered.

Super Breathe: He can inhale a large amount of air and exhale it creating a huge gust of wind that can send anyone or anything flying. He can also let out a Freeze Breathe that could freeze anything in contact.

Supernova: Jack can let out all of the stored solar energy in his body causing a massive Supernova that can disintegrate anything in it's path but he needs to absorb Solar energy after because it'll make him vulnerable to attacks. He only uses this as a last resort.

Master Combatant: Being trained by his father, he is trained to fight like a Viltrumite but Jon created his own fighting style that makes him unpredictable.

High-Intelligence: He can process information really fast. His not just brawns, he has brains too.
