The morning sun filtered softly through the curtains, casting a gentle glow over Shubman's flat. The room was bathed in warm, golden light, adding to the calm and serene atmosphere. Shubman Gill lay sprawled across the bed, shirtless and clad only in a pair of navy blue shorts that rode up his legs.

His chiselled torso was partially covered by a rumpled bedspread. The cool breeze from the open window occasionally rustled his tousled hair, which had grown noticeably longer and had a somewhat carefree look to it.

On the other end of the bed, Manvi, in her Spiderman pyjamas, was fast asleep, her small body curled up in a cozy ball.

Her pyjamas, a vibrant blue adorned with red web patterns, looked soft and comfortable, with the fabric bunching up slightly at her ankles.

The contrast between her innocent slumber and the towering presence of her father was both striking and endearing.

Ashwini, who had been up early to get some groceries, arrived at Shubman's flat around 9:30 a.m. She wore a pair of grey sweatpants that hugged her legs comfortably and an oversized t-shirt that, to her amusement, belonged to Shubman.

The shirt was faded and had a small hole near the hem, giving it a well-worn, relaxed look. Her hair was pulled back into a casual ponytail, and she carried a light backpack with a few essentials.

As she entered the bedroom, she noticed the two of them asleep and paused for a moment, her cheeks flushing a delicate shade of pink as she saw Shubman shirtless.

Her eyes roamed over his relaxed form, noting the way his muscles tensed slightly even in his sleep. Despite the casualness of her outfit, the sight made her heart skip a beat.

She took a deep breath, trying to steady herself before moving forward.

"Aww, how cute," she murmured to herself, her voice barely above a whisper. "Of course, they're both passed out. It's like they're having their own little slumber party."
