CHAPTER THIRTEEN ! sleeping beauty.

" OKAY we get in, print the wand, and get out. carlos you have it pulled up right?" raina asks looking back at the white haired boy.
he looks into her green eyes and nods speechlessly. dude comes walking towards them and carlos and raina both squat down to pet the mutt. carlos picks him up, "i'm sorry we're so late, dude. ben got captured," he tells the dog as raina leans over and pets him.
they walk up to carlos and jay's dorm to see the door wide open, "did you guys leave that open?" jay asks.
carlos and raina shake their heads and they charge into the dorm. "you've got to be kidding me," carlos says as the three see chad bent over watching the three-d printer as it glows.
chad presses the stop button and sees carlos, jay, and raina all looking at him. "i knocked," he says, trying to justify his actions. raina rolls her eyes.
carlos walks in and sets dude on the floor. he stands up straight and holds his hand out to chad. chad sighs and sets his key in carlos' hand.
raina and jay look in the printer than to eachother, "what is that?" they ask simultaneously.
chad chuckles, "that's a little chad action figure," he states turning back and grabbing it. he whips it in front of jay, raina, and carlos' faces and makes a car noise. "well minus the head."
"sounds like an improvement. excuse me," carlos states sarcastically. raina giggles and follows carlos to the printer. "alright." carlos grabs his phone out of his pocket and brings up the print.
"why are you making fairy godmother's wand?" chad asks leaning over jay's shoulder.
"why are you still hear chad?" raina replies.
chad rolls his eyes and looks at jay and carlos. carlos stutters, "uhm. why are we making fairy godmothers wand?" he asks jay.
jay looks to raina who just shakes her head. "ben's been captured!" dude says.
the four look at the dog in panic, "dude!" raina exclaims.
"what?" chad asks. "dude can talk?"
"we were stalling!" carlos says to the dog.
"yeah really poorly. why didn't you just go along with me and kick him out?" raina asks.
