TW: Gore, nude infected bugs, death, vulgar language.
You were sleeping for hours till you were awoken by him poking your face..
"Mnnmph... What?...."
You groaned out tiredly, He did a 'Put me down' motion and what he was asking clicked in your head, you picked him up and set him down on the floor of the cave, the little knight quickly looked around listening for something.. you were confused on what he was listening for but you stayed quiet for him. He looked on edge like he heard something outside, h e took out his little nail and went outside, you hoped he would return since now it's been 23 minutes, it was a cloudy day and it was like 4am or something so it was still really dark out...
You let out a quiet yawn and after a few minutes you heard a low growl from outside..
You immediately covered in the corner more and went into the darkest part of the cave to hide, you listened intently for anything else but you were also terrified.. you wanted the lil knight to come back, he was like the only person/bug thing you've seen in ages so he was basically your only source of assurance you weren't the only one left in this cruel place...
You heard the growling get louder... And Louder... You covered your face with your hands due to fear since you were tired and you were injured so you could not fight...
You prayed in your head that it would go away but nope... But then suddenly you heard..
A roar of pain? and Slashing? You slowly opened your eyes and put your hands down on your lap.. you got up, holding onto the wall for support and you limped to the front of the cave, you saw the little knight guy killing the strange creature.. the knight guy didn't leave you?
"Knight guy?"
You called out, He looked at you and tilted his head basically asking 'What's wrong?'..
"You literally just killed that thing, damn I underestimated someone like you, especially since you're so small"
You said.. He nodded in confirmation, he had a small amount of blood on him which you wiped, he appreciated that gesture..
