I woke up in my room still lightheaded from last night, I rub my eyes

"Ugh last night is intense yet I need to go school for exam. I should have my check up later after school" half asleep

I get up and head to the bathroom to take a shower. After I took a bath i take my medicine. I'm still pale and struggle to breath but I don't want to parents to know cause they still sent me to the hospital and stayed there for weeks again

"Damn sepsis...they don't want me to be a normal person"

I got out of my room and I saw my parents at the living room

{Yey! There back. What chocolate did they bought me this time?}

"Hey mom! Dad! When did you guys came?" Excited

Mom: an hour ago, we bought you some dress again

{Again? Maybe I wore too much pants}

Mom: you look um... strange, something happen?

"What? No it's nothing... well I have to go, I had exam. See you later!"

I walk out of the house and start the car, quickly drove away. I almost get caught from lying

Mom's POV:

I just watch y/n walk out the house and heard her car drove away

"Something's off" looks at my husband Dwane figuring out his puzzle game

Dwane: well yeah, she didn't know we know she's lying about it

Sigh "our daughter got her attitude from grandma, do you think she hiding something to us? Like she had a boyfriend?" Stress

Dwane: I'll take her car if she has a boyfriend or sent her to stay in the hospital, just calm down. Watch TV, play on your phone , eat something you like, drink wine. Just let it flow, don't stress out too much

"Fine, maybe a wine sounds good"

I walk to the kitchen, I take out my favorite cup, I opened the fridge and take out my wine. I close the fridge and instantly surprise when A huge black figure with a big creepy smile on it's face right on my left. I drop both of the wine and my favorite cup, I stumble back accidentally step on the shuttered glass. I saw dwane running towards me I look backed where the figure is but it's gone

Dwane: Maria! Are you okay?

I look down at my feet, I saw my blood mix with the wine, Dwane picks me up and put me on the couch

Dwane: what happened? Is it the figure again?

"Yeah... it's the fifth time it showed up to us...ouch I step on some glass"

He rushes to get the first aid, after he clean and bandage both of my foot.

Dwane: there. Are you alright, my love? Can you walk? Worried

I nod and look at him with a smile

Dwane: I really think our house is haunted, do you wanna move out?

"No! ...I mean no, I never saw our daughter be happy before so I don't wanna waste that, her smile is important so maybe if she wants we can move"

Dwane: ang galing talaga ng mga tropa kong pumila ng babae para sakin
(My troops are really good at chosing a girl for me) smirks and winks at her

"Don't be ridiculous" flush
