MIA'S POV

Dahil sa paglilinis ng bakuran ay pinagpawisan at napagod ako. Pinunasan ko ang mga pawis ko na tumutulo sa mukha at leeg gamit ang kamay ko. I saw Terrence looked at me with his jaw dropped. I told him to close his mouth and laughed. I went inside to take a nice and cool bath because of the heat. As I turned the shower on, I recalled in my mind of what I said to Terrence about the thing that happened last night, i told him to forget all about it. I had no reason why my mouth spitted those words out. Maybe because I don't want to give chances to him hence he is my Sister-in-law's brother or I was just afraid to show my affection to him.

I turned off the shower after I used it. I grabbed my towel from were I hung it and use it to cover my naked body. I picked some civillian clothes from my closet. Pupunta kasi ako sa baby ko, bibisitahin ko siya. Matagal-tagal din na hindi ko siya nabisita for the fact that I had a busy schedule. I pulled out my pink blouse and matched it with my capri pants. Hindi naman talaga ako maarte sa damit. Okay na daw yung simple lang.

Bumaba ako sa bit-bit ang converse kong sapatos. Napansin ko na hindi ginalaw ni Terrence ang breakfast na niluto ni Ate Sofia. He skipped breakfast just to help me sweep the dried leaves outside. Pumasok siya sa pinto at mukhang nagtataka kung bakit nakabihis ako. Tinanong niya ako kung saan ako pupunta, I just answered him na may bibisitahin lang. As I made my way to the front door, He grabbed my hands and told me he wanted to come with me hence he was begging earlier. Lumabas ako at umupo sa bench na ginawa ni Kuya, doon ako naghintay sa kanya. As I saw him locked the front door. Tumayo na ako at naglakad na.

He remained silent but then he asked.

"Saan ba tayo pupunta Mia?"

"Sasama-sama ka tapos hindi mo pala alam kung saan tayo pupunta"

"I was just curious."

he lowered his head and we continued walking. Dumaan kami sa park ng subdivision. Maraming bata ang naglalaro sa playground.

"Nalagpasan na natin ang park, saan ba tayo pupunta?"

"Bibisitahin ko ang baby ko"

TERRENCE'S POV

"Baby?!" 

Gulat na gulat na sabi ko.

"Yup! Matagal-tagal din na hindi ko siya nabisita"

WTF?! May baby si Mia? Ang bata-bata niya pa. Teka, kung baby siya as in sanggol diba dapat nasa kanya? Wait, baka hindi batang-baby instead big baby. May boyfriend na siya kailan pa?

Nagpatuloy kami sa paglalakad hanggang huminto kami sa isang pet shop. We entered the shop and Mia waved her hand sa lalaking cashier. Hindi kaya yun ang boyfriend niya? I took a seat sa mga bakanteng upuan.

"Mia, mabuti naman bibisitahin mo na siya"

"Oo nga eh, Ive been really busy kasi the past months."

"So, kukuning mo na ba siya?"

Habang nag-uusap ang lalaking cashier at si Mia, kumukulo ang dugo ko. Aisht, hindi kaya nagseselos ako? Terrence hindi ka magseselos kung hindi mo siya gusto. So keep your temper down.

"So? Bibilhin mo na ba siya ngayon?"

"Hindi pa, wala pa akong pera. Pero pinag-iipunan ko siya."

"Bago ko nga pala makalimutan, mag-eexpire na yung reservation mo sa kanya."

"Ha? Kelan?"
