If you put a solid mass into a bucket of water, the water would appear higher and more than it actually is. The same goes for the ocean. If you removed all the solid masses in it, it would be less than it appeared before. But you must take into consideration that the moon controls the high tides and low tides. If you took that into account, then the water would still stay the same, right? So to achieve the same effect for the ocean, you would have to remove the entire moon itself. This effect would happen because the solid masses would fill in a place in the water. It is the less solid material. Call me a science nerd but I just thought of this crap today while eating breakfast 💀
