quick A/N: hi! im not very good at story writing so bear with me, i hope you guys like it.
here it goes, part 1 of TEASER.
"FELIX! where are my shoes!" i yell, getting ready for my birthday dinner out with my family. "ON THE SHOE RACK" he yells from downstairs.
"THANK YOU." i yell as i hear the car start and take that as an indicator to get the fuck up and out the door.
"lix come on! mom and dad are probably getting mad." i say with my hand on the door handle, watching him play genshin impact. not the time Felix, not the fucking time.
"come on lix.. mom and dad haven't celebrated birthday in years..this is the one special thing i get." he sighs loudly and stomps over to me.

we make it to the restaurant, probably the rattiest one my parents could find, my parents have never been proud of me, only Felix. Felix had complications in labor, which immediately marks the golden child because apparently 'there was a slim chance he survived' but they're never proud of me, all they find in me is fault, and Felix is also rude to me.
sometimes i wish i would die, when ever i slit my wrists i hope i go into my veins and bleed out to death.
"Olivia? what do you want to eat?" Felix nudges me. "oh sorry, um can i get a chicken parmigiana?" i ask the waitress and she nods excitedly, she seems happy that im eating that, almost that she knows i normally don't digest enough food in my body, like she knows my secrets.
"absolutely! is that it for you guys?" she says, looking in my direction "do you want a drink with that chicken parmigiana?" i nod my head and ask for a water.
"Olivia that was embarrassing, you always manage to embarrass us, why cant you be more like your brother!" my dad whisper screams as he kicks me under the table, bruising my shin with his hard leather boots.
"im sorry dad..i just zoned out.." i droop my head low, holding back tears as i try to push the words out before my voice shakes.
"whatever."

"okay Felix what cake do you want?" my mom asks as my head shoots up.
"mom its my birthday though..?" my voice breaks as she death stares me down. "i think you have eaten enough." my mom says almost disgusted.
i look down and wipe the tear that gracefully falls from my eye, and the waitress looks at me concerned, slowly writing down what cake he wants.
"okay we'll be right out with your pavlova!" she says, but this time with a fake excitement, mood completely different after seeing me cry.

"happy birthday to you, happy birthday to to, happy birthday dear Felix, happy birthday to you!" my parents sing as i sit there and watch him blow out my candles.
"mom i gotta go to the bathroom.." i say as she scoffs and i just hold my tears back.
"whatever." she says as i run off and towards the door of the restaurant and starting to cry.
i run through an alleyway, remembering that this is the bad side of sydney, and that this is a rather long alleyway.
starting to run out of breath, i stop running but suddenly i get hit and everything goes black....
