Ch.2 I have a class with you..?

I was currently walking to last period with Jill which was physics. 11th grade physics is incredibly easy. Well for me since I love the subject.

"So I heard we're gonna have to do a project up until the end of the year. And we get partners!" Jill told me.

I felt a smile make a way on my face and turned to Jill. "Yesss!! We're probably going to have the best one." I said with no modesty at all.

We walked into class and sat on our assigned seats. Jill sits in the front while I sit in the back next to an empty seat.

"Alrighty class today I am going to go through a project we'll all be participating in. And yes there will be partners." Mr. Harms said.

Everyone basically cheered and Jill looked at me with a huge smile.

"But...." the teacher said and everyone groaned knowing what's coming up.

"I will be choosing your partner. I've let you guys choose before and it got way out of hand so yeah!" He continued.

There were endless groans and complaints. Until the door yanked open.

"Mr. Chance how can I help you?" Teach said as the principle walked in. They walked out in the hall to talk there while everyone else continued talking to their friends.

Jill was talking to a guy beside her so I decided to just rest my head on my arm and close my eyes. I heard the teacher walk back in and didn't bother to look back up.

"Alright so class...we have a student joining us. Mr. Gold introduce yourself."

My eyes were still closed and I felt myself drifting.

"Boo!" A deep voice whispered in my ear.

I jumped up and hit my head on the persons head. "Agh, why would you do something like that?" I asked while rubbing my head.

Realizing I don't know who this person is I looked up and saw no one was there.

"Over here babe." the deep voice said in the seat beside me. I turned my head and saw someone I wasn't expecting to come across ever again.

The grey eyed boy-scratch that-man

"Wh-what are you doing here?" I asked a little annoyed.

"Wow did you miss my whole intro speech to the class?" He asked feigning sadness.

"Well as you saw I was asleep. Sorry. Why are you here?" I asked again

"Well as you don't know, I got kicked out of my old physics class and this classroom had one more space so I got placed in here." he explained.

Wow I don't even know his name.

"What's your name?" We both asked at the same time. I shook my head and said "You tell me first." at the same time he said the same thing.

I got tired of whatever this is and just said my name "Elena." I told him

"Nice to meet you Elena, I'm Braylin. Braylin Gold." he told me with a proud smirk.

I gave him a look of confusion and annoyance. I shook my head and paid attention to the teach.

"You're not gonna say anything like 'omg I'm sitting next to the hottest guy in school' or 'wow you're hot' "

I looked at him and just said "I don't know you. Now stop talking I'm trying to learn. "

"Oh feisty I-" I cut him off by glaring and surprisingly he stopped.

About 10 minutes later the teacher began setting up partners.
Jill got paired with some guy, he was really cute but I wish me and her would be partners.
"Hmm let's see, Braylin and....Elena. You two are partners. " Mr. Harms said.

After he said that every girl glared at me and I was shocked, honestly what's the big deal?

"Soo, looks like we're partners huh?" Braylin asked with a smirk on his face.

"I guess. That's what the teacher said." I said without looking at him.
Gladly the bell rang and I could go home. I quickly walked out of the class, well tried to.

Braylin quickly grasped my hand and smirked "Wait a minute, I need your number."

"Why?" I asked not liking the idea

"So that we can make plans for the project." He told me in a duhh tone

Just wanting to go home I quickly wrote down my number on a scrap of paper and handed it to him.

I saw him smirk and left the classroom to go to my locker.

"You sit by him and you two are partners for the project!" Jill told me excitedly

"I don't see the big deal here." I said with clear annoyance

Jill gave me a look and than started to smirk. I gave her back the what look and she smiled wide

"You don't know who he is? How do you not know who Braylin Gold is?!"

"Am I supposed to know??"

"Okay fine I'll tell you." Jill finally told me

"So obviously he's the bad boy. He sneaks out and goes to parties. He's also a champion in soccer. He has a lot of hoes, sadly. But most of all he's the hottest guy in school." Jill explained

"So he's basically popular because of his looks?" I asked on the verge of laughing. Wow that's kind of sad actually

"No, his dad is also a billionaire. " she said

"Wow that's amazing." I said sarcastically

"So are we going out tonight?" Jill asked

"Yep to the brick wall thing on 7th Street right?" I asked

"Yess, I can't wait. You have all the spray paint bottles right?"

"Yeah but you have the red one. Please don't forget to bring it, you know it's my favorite color. "

"Alright alright I got it. See ya later boo." She said laughing a little
We waved and separated to our cars.
