amelia and bodhi were in bed, it was one of the very rare moments that they had together considering all work he did as a leader and her as a combat instructor. sometimes she also held extra practices for those who needed it.
she was playing with the ring on her finger. a reminder of what would come after they graduate from the quadrant. " what's wrong my love " bodhi said noticing her playing with the ring.
he was worried that she was getting second thoughts or worse that she wasn't enough in love with him to get married. " just thinking of our life after the quadrant and when we get married " amelia said smiling at him.
her smile alone told him she wasn't ending the engagement which made him feel a lot better. " whatever our life is after the quadrant doesn't matter to me. i just want to spend eternity with you " bodhi kissed her cheek.
" bodhi, lia. we need to leave " imogen said knocking on the door. it was the weekend so the group including violet would be making deliveries along with xaden and garrick.
they both got out of bed and bodhi went to open the door, both of them were dressed and ready to go they were just waiting for imogen to get them.
" you might want to hide that shinny ring, if they find out you two are engaged they might use it against you " imogen said looking at the rock on amelia's finger.
amelia sighed, she didn't want to leave the ring behind and she didn't want to take it either just in case it got lost. she knew it was the only thing bodhi had left of his mom and would hate for anything to happen to it.
" you can leave it, i'll put up wards on the room so only me or you can enter the room until we get back " bodhi said. amelia nodded and took off the ring then she set it in the night stand drawer, bodhi and her walked out with bodhi putting up the wards.
" hey, you guys ready to go? " violet said catching up to them.
imogen, bodhi, and amelia nodded with all of them walking towards the flight field. xaden and garrick were said to meet the group on the cliff side just outside of the wards.

the group landed on the cliff side with xaden and garrick arriving at the same time as they did. " there is our two love birds " garrick smirked. violet had told xaden and him about the engagement so of course he had to tease them.
amelia just rolled her eyes and punched his muscular arm.
" congratulations " xaden said while patting bodhi on the back and giving amelia a side hug.
