In July, I will learn I can fly.
Around the world, into space, laying around is such a waste.
Into the sky, through a cloud, travelling at the speed of sound.
The view from the moon would sure be profound
but it's the sunset on Mars that interests me now.
I'd like to take you there, the beauty to share.
Dancing in the glittering red dust, laughing and playing - it's just us you see.
We're alone out here, just you and me.
Glancing around, I realize the time is now; I drop to one knee.
With my usual grin, I pull out the ring, the diamond glittering with the sunsets red glow
The love on my face, I do hope it shows.
For I love you always, and that will always be.
At destiny's wish, you are forever a part of me.
The martian sun is setting, I have little time.
I look into your eyes, as if for the first time.
My love, will you marry me?
And that's what I would do this summer, I could not think of anything funner.
Not dancing on the moon, or going from one star to another.
But showing my one true love,
That I Love Her.
