Kylie
Kylie rested peacefully on Lucas's bare chest in their bed. It was one of those places where she felt safe and warm–literally, because Lucas's werewolf heat kept the AC from freezing her. The steady rhythm of his heartbeat thumped in her ear like a lullaby, and soon she drifted off to sleep.
"Tell him."
Her eyes flew open before the all-too familiar cold air touched her. The ghost woman from before was standing right there by the bed, her cold aura making Kylie's shoulders shiver a little bit. Lucas slept on.
She reached out to the woman with her thoughts.
"Tell him what? Are you talking about Blue Spekter? Are you related to him somehow?"
The woman didn't say anything else and a moment later, she vanished along with the cold air.
Kylie huffed out a breath of frustration.
Ghosts. They never make sense. How am I supposed to help her if she won't talk beyond 'help him'? I don't even know how to help her help him to begin with, let alone what she wants, or even her name.
Deciding it a problem to worry about tomorrow, she closed her eyes and let sleep take over.

Quinn
Quinn flew across the ocean with Blake taking the lead. Keegan kept up with him easily. He smiled and sang a chorus of A Whole New World. They broke into joyous laughter. His dads laughed along as they flew behind them.
"Man, I'm so glad they found a way to give us powers, now we can be together all the time," Keegan said.
Quinn beamed. He was glad his dads and Keegan now shared the same powers. Now we'll be together forever.
Blake called out to tell everyone to catch up or they'll fall behind. Quinn reached for Keegan's hand and they flew faster together. The partly cloudy sky opened up to the big ocean. A silhouette of the Eiffel Tower came into view in the distance.
Quinn excitedly picked up the speed... and lost hold of Keegan's hand. Their fingers slipped off.
"Quinn," Keegan called out as a powerful gust of wind blew him away.
Looking behind, Quinn saw his dads get pulled into a tornado, and up ahead, Blake had completely disappeared in the distance. He frantically flew back to save his dads. The tornado dissipated before he could reach it, leaving nothing in its wake. It was like it never happened.
He flew with all his might toward the head of the wind, but it disappeared too. Quinn looked around his surroundings, desperate to find someone, anyone. There was no one. There was nothing.
For a moment, he felt completely helpless. Then he heard something that sounded like a bell of music in the distance. He didn't understand why, but something about the sound felt familiar in a good way. He followed it, descending as it guided him through the dark space. The world below opened up to a grand forest filled with tall trees and chirping birds and insects to inspire life. The music in the distance became clearer, and he realized it was the sound of a waterfall.
The falls of Shadow Falls.
He landed a few feet away from the stream of cascading water and took in the picture-perfect scenery.
Everything will be all right. That was what the place was trying to tell him.
The curtain of falling water suddenly turned crystal clear. He looked inside the image.
