Chapter 43: The storm passes by pt.2

Mina and Chaeyoung hears laughter and chatter in the kitchen filled with irresistible scent of sweetness.

They peek by the entrance and sees Dahyun laughing out at Momo's flour filled faced apparently when she opened the plastic, the flour accidentally exploded and covered her face.

Seeing Momo's expression on shock and looking like a dead person made Mina joyful she tries to stifle her laugh unfortunately the victim still heard it.

"Well good morning to you ugly sister." Momo clenches her teeth annoyed

"You 'floury' today Momo where did your eyebrows go." Mina teases and Momo sprinted towards her and smeared her flour covered hands on the younger one's face.

"Ugh what da heck Momo!"

"Serves you right now we're the same mwhaha." Momo runs as Mina tries to grab her

"Can't touch me, malnourished vampire" She takes cover on Dahyun using Dahyun as her shield

"Why you." Mina grits her teeth in irritation

"Enough you too!" Mrs Myoui Shouted she stops beating  the eggs
"Aren't you ashame of yourselves." Causing the two to halt
"Go clean yourselves and come back here for breakfast."

Mina and Momo immediately nods and jogs to their rooms like little children

"I'm sorry about that Dahyun sometimes those two gets annoying with their banters and readings."

"it's okay Mrs. Myoui I don't really experience this things considering I don't have siblings it's kinda refreshing ." Dahyun smiles and Sachiko smile back

"That's good then." She turned to Chaeyoung "Good morning Chaeyoung." She greets

"Good morning mom, I'm hungry." Chaeyoung grins

"Why don't you wait in the living  room I'm making some pancakes."

"I want to help."

"Me too Mrs Myoui." Dahyun adds

"It's fine it's almost finish." Sachiko tells them

"But." Chaeyoung pouted

"It's okay Chaeyoung I'll let you help me later when I'm going to bake cake."

"Okay why are making a cake?"

"It's a special occasion it's Mina's birthday and it's our tradition the birthdays are all about cake."

"Oh." Chaeyoung sighs as she doesn't know when her birthday is

Meanwhile

After Mina was done cleaning her face and changing out of her clothes she checks her phone and checks her unread messages.
Mostly were from her friends greeting her happy birthday with Nayeon writing "Hey happy 18th birthday your last year in highschool welcome to adulthood." And Sana's  which she almost choke after reading it "Happy 18th birthday darling or should I say congratulations on reaching 18 and still a virgin, what should I get you a sexy lingerie wear it on your first night on intimacy with Chaeyoung or probably toys? I'm just joking I love you"
