Both hana and Todo took a beaten from sukuna after he managed to reach her while her domain was still activated.

The reason of why they both got an beaten is because Todo protected hana from sukuna using black-flash on her which means Todo got injured instead of hana.

They both soon got thrown into the ground mid air, this leaves them both both bleeding heavily and knocked out/commission.
