Okay, I honestly LOVE The Lord of the Rings Trilogy! When I was younger, I didn't really understand it, but now I definately do! For anybody who says that it is for nerds, it isn't true. Anybody can like something, without it being labeled. Okay, now that that is out of the way, I can go on about why I like it. The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King are all great plots. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is however a series that must be read or seen in order. Of course, it is not for everyone. For me, lets just say I have the actual ring, I got it for my birthday.

Next is The Hobbit. Okay, I like The Hobbit so much, but I still like the trilogy more. I have read The Hobbit, and I must say, there are some parts in the book I would like to take a nap during, but it is still a good book and story no matter what.

I like the movies better than the books (and trust me I usually don't ever pick the movies over the books) in this case. I like the Hobbit An Unexpected Journey more the the book, but I have not read the Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, or The Return of the King. I have read the first like 100 pages of the Fellowship of the Ring, but I had school work so I couldn't finish it.

I really don't have much to say about the Lord of the Rings Trilogy or The Hobbit. I will admit that what I just wrote is probably a bunch of crap, and I don't have a problem with it. Right now, I'm just watching the Hobbit and thought hey why not do the next chapter on it. Probably not the best idea, but hey, I'm bored.

Your turn.

I loved the Hobbit An Unexpected Journey, movie. It was full action and magical creatures, I don't really have much to say about it because I haven't read the book, don't worry it's waiting on my shelf to be read.

Now The Lord of the Rings I really know nothing about, but I'm going to read the books soon I just haven't gotten around to it.

All in all though, they both sound like very good movies/books.
