The day Lydia was to start- go back to Beacon High she woke up, took a shower, and then got dressed as her hair dried.

Before doing her hair and driving herself to school. When she pulled into the parking lot she was quickly met with Allison.

"You really don't remember anything?" The girl asked, talking about their texts from the night before.

"They called it a "fugue state," which is basically the smarter way of saying, "We have no idea why you can't remember running through the woods naked for two days." But, personally, I don't care. I lost nine pounds." Lydia said with a shrug, reaching for the door, only to be stopped by Allison.

"Are you ready for this?" She asked.

"Please. It's not like I'm not used to having people staring at me anyways." She said, shrugging before pulling open the doors and walking in, only to pause when literally everyone in sight stopped and stared at her as if she was a rare animal in some kind of exhibit. She didn't care that the people were staring at her, it was the way they were staring at her. It just felt... wrong, in a way.

"Maybe it's the nine pounds?" Allison said to her and Lydia nodded, coming back to herself before flipping her hair the way Lydia did in the show and quickly walking away with her head held high.

A couple of class periods later Lydia went out onto the Lacrosse field, knowing that's where all of the drama would be. But before it could start she walked up to Jackson, hoping he wouldn't be as big of an ass if there were people around.

"Hey Jackson." She said, walking up to him. He looked her way before going back to looking at some camera.

"What do you want, Lydia?" Jackson asked her, rudely. She tried putting it out of her mind, knowing not all of this was him, part of it was the Kanima too.

"It's just... We haven't really talked since that night, and well-- Jackson, can you, like, look at me for half a second?" She snapped and with a sigh and an eye roll he finally looked at her. "They said if you hadn't found me and carried me back, I could have died... So, I just... I wanted to say thank you." She told him, and rolled his eyes at her.

"Lydia, we're not getting back together." He told her and furrowed her brows.

"What?"

"And just because I kept you from bleeding out on a field once, don't expect me to come running every time you start screaming."

"I never said--" Lydia started, annoyed.

"I'm not responsible for you, okay? But, I will give you one piece of advice-- if I were you, I'd stay home tonight." He told her and she rolled her eyes, grabbing his arm before he walked away from her, causing him to look at her.

Oh get over yourself, Jackson. Okay? I've already moved on from your ass. I was just trying to be nice, okay?" She snapped and he looked at her with amusement all of his face.
