After The Events of Superior Spider-Man all of the heroes
didn't believe Peter's words except
for Hulk and Thor and the inhumans
A couple of X-men students also believe that their only hero was telling the truth
So Peter Parker decided to quit being Spider-Man permanently forever

A Couple Of Months Later
One day Spider-Man was swinging across and saving lives as usual and suddenly the Avengers and Black Cat decided to jump him and attack him
Except for Captain America who
was not present during this attack

Then Peter Parker then got killed in
action when Iron man sliced his head off from his body while the heroes
and black cat just watched him die
but unknown to them Peter's soul was transported into the insomniac universe without any memory of what happened at all during the ambush of his demise

All of them were celebrated
in the Avengers Tower by killing Spider-Man

Hawkeye: finally we end the menace

Tony Stark: we did it team

Steve Rogers: You're no idea what you're have done tony you're stupid bastard

Black Cat: Well since he is dead
I got a new boyfriend now

Spiderwoman: Well at least that's over
