I've collected my pay that was sent directly to my account, and the more I looked at the balance is the more I realized how broke I am.

I quickly sent a response to Mister Gibson telling him thank you before I slipped my phone inside my purse. Immediately it stared ringing, so I had to pick it so it wouldn't qdistract Reinaldo.

An for the fifth time this week, I'm at his office bothering him just as I've promised.

I got up and went to the corner of his office where he has the couches, so I got seated and answered the call.

"Yes mommy."

"A Xoeyah." My sister answered.

"Oh, Wahm'n sis?" I smiled, getting comfortable till I even put my feet up under me.

"Yuh get work yet?"

"No." I answered with the smile fading.

"Aunty G seh shi nuh give yuh any money, suh where yuh get money from pack seven barrels and four crates worth a good. An fih mek matters worst, yuh pay fih clear it."

I got up in a rush but didn't make it to my feet. I fell over on the floor on my back with the phone still at my ear.

"Zay!" Reinaldo yelled, rushing over, but I was still in shock based on what I've heard.

"A only two mih send." I told her.

"A seven a dem with yuh address and sum'n. Wait deh, the handwritings different." She says, while I looked up at this man as he helped me up.

Staring at his face trying to gage whether he went as far as send five other barrels and four whole crates to my family.

"Yuh nuh write suh, but a who yuh mek send it?" She inquired and I closed my eyes.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Zay, a man yuh deh wid ova deh? A him send it?" Xoeyah gasped.

"Zay have man?" I heard mommy say. "Gimme the phone."

I moved the phone from my ear and hung up, putting the phone on airplane mode before I turned to him.

Holding back my anger.

"Why yuh send the sum'n dem to mih family without telling me?" I asked him.

He looks down at me with his pretty blue eyes then sigh. "You said they're opening a shop so I had someone picked up some things based on what your cousin told me people will purchase in Jamaica."

I held my head, sitting once again but with my feet on the ground.

"I'm wrong for not telling you, but you'll turn down the extra help." Came his excuse.

"I..." I couldn't blame him for even speaking in the background because I could've left the office or I could've told mommy that I'm dating someone.

Does his family even know me?

Sure his father still owned the company, but it's Reinaldo that is running it while Ralph senior is out there attending seminars and galas to be the face of the company with his wife on the side.

It is why I didn't bump into any one of them here on the top floor.

"Thanks, I owe you big time." I mumbled with a small smile, though my heart is full.

"I enjoy your company so that's payed in full if you'll away be with me."

The fullness eased, replaced with butterflies.

"Stop buttering me up and go work. You have a company to run." I got up and tried to turn him around but he just held his arms out for an hug.

Blushing, I put my arms around his waist and did just that.
