CHAPTER 34

~ Jungkook's POV ~

"Jungkook, I'm scared." I held Tzuyu's hand tightly as she muttered. There are enough reasons for her to be scared. We are in the middle of a forest and all our surroundings are screaming with horror. This forest is haunted and there's no need to say anything. Although I don't feel scared or anything, the woman in my arms is already scared. I lowered my head and looked at Tzuyu. The moment I looked at her, she also looked up at me and pouted her lips.

"Don't be scared... I'm here with you" All I could say was that because I know that in some time, she's going to be even more scared. She said nothing but looked around her. The forest is so dark but still we can see the things around us.

However, the creepy aura in this forest made the darkness feel scary and dangerous. I don't want to take her somewhere like this because this isn't a place a woman like her should be coming to, but I can't help it. For the second time, she saw that tiger and got attacked. Nayeon was saying that she didn't see anything and Tzuyu looked so pale and scared when she came out of the house to take Ayaan inside.

And when Grandpa came, she was on the floor bleeding and crying from fear and pain. So, how am I going to let this happen once again? I will not let something like that happen to her again. I saw what kind of pain she went through that day. After that attack, I felt that she had become so weak. She always sleeps because she is feeling tired and I don't know what to do. It hurts to see her like that.

"Where are we going? Who lives in such a place?" Tzuyu asked me. Her voice filled with curiosity and fear. I sighed and hugged her closer to me as I walked without answering her. I don't know how to answer her. We've been walking for more than an hour already and now we are deep inside of the forest. The noises of creatures could be heard but no creatures were spotted in our way.

"Here we are." I stopped in front of the wooden cabin which looked haunted and disgusting. As soon as I stopped, Tzuyu looked up at me. Her lips parted and she looked utterly shocked. Yeah... I understand. I smiled at her and kissed her forehead, wanting her to feel relaxed because nothing would happen to her as long as I was there, standing next to her. All I want for her to do is, just be brave and go in with me.

"Don't worry, I'm here... just be brave. Let's go" she sighed and stared at me for a few seconds. And then, she took a deep breath and nodded at me. With her response, I walked and pushed open the door of the cabin holding Tzuyu's hand tight... fuck... I almost forgot to tell her the most important thing I had to say... shit... how did I even forget that?

"Tzuyu, don't let go of my hand... don't let go of my hand no matter what happens okay? Even if I die here, don't let go" I don't know if my words made the situation worse but that's how I wanted to explain this to her. She shouldn't let go of my hand.

"Why? What's happening... I'm scared" She chewed her nether lip holding my hand even tighter. I shook my head

"Nothing is happening. You just have to hold my hand and that's all. She sighed and nodded at me. Then I walked in. The more I walked in the more, I felt the uneasiness of the aura inside of the cabin. It looked like a small cabin from outside but inside was indescribably huge. Of course, a witch is living here so what more can I expect? I stopped without walking further as I felt someone was coming. I could already feel that Tzuyu was so scared. She's holding me tightly and moving even closer to me.

"Well, isn't this our Alpha King Jeon Jungkook? How delightful to see you, darling... I missed you so much... it's been years since you last visited me" I lowered my eyes looking at Tzuyu. She was already glaring at me with a somewhat rough gaze. An angry and displeasure-filled one. Oh... she must be annoyed with the way Sana spoke. And she must be jealous. What can I say? This is how Sana speaks and no one can stop her from trying to be intimate with me with the way she speaks.
