23rd December 1993

COSY Tenley's cottage was burried under hills of innocently white snow, only windows and doors visible, along with a top of their smoking chimney. Inside of their home was filled with smell of ginerbreads and fir wood; typical smell of Christmas, light tune of the Greatest Hits of 1993 playing from white gramophone in the background.

Y/N sat on their soft flowery sofa with her mother, while Oscar seated himself opposite them on matching armchair. Everyone wore their family christmas sweaters and same coloured sweatpants, as they enjoyed their conversation with warm mug of homemade hot chocolate.

"And how's Harry?" asked Oscar, taking vanilla cookie from shiny silver tray and eating it with satisfied sigh.

"Yeah, he says sorry for not attending this year, Hermione and Ron stayed just because of him, he'd feel bad he left them," Y/N answered with smile, which faltered when she remembered last day at Hogsmeade. Audrey and Oscar seemed to notice, so they shared worried a look. "Is everything okay, honey?"

"No, I mean yeah...but no." Y/H/C haired girl set down her mug and fixed her posture. "On our last trip to Hogsmeade we went to the Three Broomsticks. We overheard conversation between Fudge and few other people about Sirius being his godfather. Then they talked about us, about my power, Fudge said they'd take me to the Ministry if I'd show signs of Ancient magic. McGonagall had to lie."

"Oh Merlin, this is not good. Harry was there too? How did he take it?" Audrey had her grey stormy eyes wide, "And thank Merlin that Minerva is clever, they would probably use you for no good, like they tried to do to your great grandma."

"Harry was mad at first, but I've talked to him. I also had to say the truth to my friends, which was bit hard. They had to absorb it, but everything is alright now."

"Did you told everything to him about Padfood?" questioned the dark haired man with serious face. His daughter shook her head as "no", which caused her parents to free their holding breaths. "That's alright , Y/N, I don't think it would help the situation."

"Yeah your dad is right, I know it's hard, but we believe it's best for you," added Audrey, stroking the younger girl's back.

"I understand mum, don't worry. After this I understand even more," Y/N confessed, "But I need to ask something else."

"What is it, dear?" brunette woman encouraged her daughter, whose head was down, her hands playing with the hems of her sweater sleeves.

"They also mentioned something about prophecy and Star Written Child. What is that?"
