We were two singularities at first slowly drifting,
Then caught in a spiral, our gravities shifting.
A new universe sparked as our paths interwound,
Bound by attraction's force, together we're bound.
In this freshly hung reality, I played prime mover,
Commanding the celestial dance, forever and ever.
Stars swirled in the orbits and patterns I divined,You were my cosmic constant in this space redesigned.
Amidst the vast depths, time itself would distort,
While in our shared world, eternally the norms warped.
Our couplehood's radiance burned like a quasar's blaze,
Illuminating the mysteries of this realm we'd re-graze.
But then the unthinkable - a rip, a cataclysmic tear,
Punched through our constructed heavens sans fear.
In an eon's blink, our co-created universe unwound,As if the cosmic seams that knit us had come unbound.
What once flowed in perpetual synchronous drift
Collided, collapsed unto itself in a shift.
I grasped for you, but only cold singularity remained,Our particles cast again into the void, uncompanioned.
Where once stars orbited in dance around my stand,
Only haunting darkness and echoes of what was fanned.
The whole cosmic reality we conceived together,
Destroyed, undone by some wormhole's alien celestial weather.
