Wrongfully Accused

The night was windy and rainy as alyssa made her way to her moms to see her anut, uncle and grandma but then somwhere out of the blue she had a flat tire. she honked her horn in frustration.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME! JUST GREAT! She got out of her car and stomped away locking her car up and went over by the gastation that was acrossed from her car.

Hello escuse me sir?! hello!? are you in there?! she tapped the counter. Music was blasting so lound that she couldnt hear her own self think. Oh hey! there! sorry i didn't hear you?. he turned down the music how can I help you Mam?

I'm looking for a mechanic or a toe truck, i have a flat tire and I need a tire fixed. Do you know where i can find one? "I'm sorry I, Can't there's supposed to be a really bad storm heading our way you may have to stay at a hotel for the night and leave in the morning.

"great thank you, Do you know where the closest one is? Alyssa asked. " a couple blocks away, you can't miss it its in bold letters, where you heading from because that's a shiny dress.
Thank you! I appreicate it! and from a party we all had to dress nice, Thank you for you're help have a good night and stay safe! she said as she walked outside in the cold rain, getting into her car.

Thank you, You as well! the gastation cleark said as he waved goodbye. "I know I have a flat tire, but I can't just leave my car here, I'll just drive it to the hotel, for the night.

She drove to the nearest hotel, and parked locking up her car.

"Hello sir. I would like to get a room for the night, there's supposed to be a bad storm heading our way tonight. The hotel manager grabbed key ten off the hook and handed it to her. "That will be seventy dollars tonight mam. "here's the seventy dollars, Thank you and have a goodnight she smiled at him before turning and walking towards room ten.

"Wow! this room is huge, she smiled. and for the price you deffiently cant beat that, there's also a hot tub as well, tonight is going to be so relaxing!, miles well drink a couple of beers while I'm at it.

"Ah! I love it! all the long driving from today and the flat tire, ugh the flat tire, I'll call in the morning, she said to herself and giggled. what am I going to do with the flat tire, she laughed again, smaking her forehead.

she layed in bed and stared at the ceiling after having a beer or two and finally fell asleep. The next day finally arrived, and it was time for her to call a mechanic, this shall be good. well hopefully. "She grabbed her cellphone and dialed the number to the mechanics number, HI this is alyssa I was wondering if one of you're guys can come and help me fix my tire. "Let me know where you're at and I'll have one of my men come and help. "she told the man where she was, that's when day turned tonight as she sat there half of the day waiting for them to arrive.

"I decided to help you instead, I just let my men stay back and take over the shop while I was out. Finally! she smiled waiting to get up and out of that place and head to her moms. thank you for coming, on short notice, I just need to get to my moms as soon as I can. The Mechanic put on a new tire for her and smiled." There you go its fixed. "She smiled. thank you how much do I owe you?  It's on the house, I hope you stay safe to where ever you are heading to.

she headed away to her moms, as jake got suspicious about who she was he grabbed his phone and made a call. Jason man I think she's here. you better be ready when she comes looking for answers.
"Ill handle it thank you for letting me know that she's in town. thank you for having her tire fixed for free, I owe you big time! The man put his hands in the air as he became angry with Jason. You better! or you will know what will happend! he yelled raising his voice.
"I already agreed to help you out for telling me that alyssa showed up in town so yes you will get a percent on what we get just be hush hush for now, I can't tell her yet that he isn't dead, and that he faked his death, he wanted to protect his wife and his daughter no questions, asked. So he asked me to protect them, and if she asks for answers, I can't tell her. I only have to protect her on what she already knows. there's no gonna be telling her anything.

"If you break the bargain deal you know what I'm going to have to do.

I understand we won't come to that point. im a man of my word. always am we'll figure it out in the morning but i have to hop in the shower so ill talk to you soon man good night. Jason said as he headed for the shower.

It was hours later, that Alyssa finally made it to her home town, "Wow!, I forgot how beautifull it was here!, its been agess, rain started to pour down hard again, Yay, just what I needed not.

"she drove the rest of the way to her moms, down the drive and to parking her car on the side of the house. " Who are you? what are you doing in my moms house.

"I'm jason and there's nothing to worry about I promise. "what do you mean there's nothing to worry about? I Walk in to my front door, and see some stranger in my moms house, hell yeah I would want to know so tell me again why you are here in my moms house. she raised and eybrow and crossed her arms waiting his reply. "I am an old friend of you're moms, I used to work for your dad in the Mafia buisness, ring any bells. "her face dropped like she was in shock. Do you know what happend to my father, all I know is that he was shot in cold blood and I want the answer on what happend to him. "He sighed I really don't know what happens to you're father I wasn't their at the time he had gotten murdered.
