Later on inside the Restaurant
Sasuke's POV:
The waiter escorted us to our table, and I pulled out Naruto's chair, hoping to impress him. He smiled gratefully and sat down. Sakura mimicked my actions for Ino, who attempted the same, resulting in a laugh from all of us.
"So, what are you guys going to order? Since Ino and I have been here before," said Sakura, glancing at the menu.
"Hmm, I don't know, maybe some beef with a side of salad," Naruto said, looking thoughtful.
"Hey Naruto, have you and Sasuke been here before, or is this your first time?" Ino asked, her eyes shifting between us.
"Well, we've been to other restaurants, so this is our first time here," I said.
"Yeah, we personally don't like fancy restaurants," Naruto added, which was true. I hated how expensive they could be.
4:55 PM
After we finished eating, we spent a lot of time talking, and Ino kept asking Naruto and me to kiss. Naruto's face turned a cute shade of red each time, and I was glad he let me kiss him. We paid the check and stepped outside for some fresh air.
"Finally, some fresh air. We were in there for two and a half hours," Naruto said, stretching.
"Well, what should we do now? We can go to the park, or we can just go home," Sakura suggested, looking at Ino, Naruto, and me.
I suddenly remembered that Naruto had only asked me to pretend to be his boyfriend for an hour, yet two hours had passed. Naruto seemed unaware of the time, leaving me to decide whether to tell him or keep going.
"I think we should head to the park. The weather is nice today," Naruto said, shocking me. He had forgotten.
"Alright! Let's go. Call us if something happens, like if Sasuke is needed at work," Sakura said as she and Ino headed to her car.
I grabbed Naruto and pulled him close, whispering in his ear since Sakura's car was right next to mine.
"Naruto, did you forget?"
"Forget what, teme?" he asked, smiling.
"Oh, never mind. I thought I was forgetting something, but it's just in my mind," I lied, feeling guilty.
