Have you ever been slowly killed by guilt?My selfishness got my friend's feeling hurt...Yeah,she came to my place last night and told me about her seeing a ghost then all of the sudden everything blew in my face. She saw Marcus, I've never seen her so furious then she left.I tried to call her and text her but neither did she reply nor get back to me. Oh God! What was I even thinking...this is totally crazy.
"Baby, I brought you something to eat."
"I'm not hungry man."
"Come on, you barely ate yesterday, you gonna die of hunger I'm telling you.Okay, atleast get out of bed and go take a shower."
"Do I stink Marcus?My friend is hurt and all you are thinking of is food and me taking a shower. Please leave me alone"
"I think you are overreacting and Chloe is being dramatic." I stared at my engagement ring, beauty that brought pain...I might lose Chloe forever just because of a good d***! Well, it's not only that the sex is good, I really love Marcus. I signed.
"I think I didn't..." He interrupted.
"Baby..."He put the tray on the sideboard and sat besides me, held my hands. "look at me baby... Chloe had to find out, she was going to find out and be mad at us. I love you baby...hey, look at me, give Chloe time to digest this whole thing. She'll be cool and she'll forgive you like real friends should."
"Maybe you are right."
"Always am baby." He kissed me." See what I'm talking about, get out of bed and brush those teeth then take a shower."
"You are silly." I hit him with a pillow then we laughed. I got out of bed then went to take a shower.
