How Gods Are Borne

See those stars?
Tiny bright dots that paint the dark night sky?
Those stars are special stars.
But why, do you ask?
Why it is but a simple thing, really.

Those stars,
mostly the brightest among them, are gods in their truest forms.
Those stars are the ones that show the way.
Those stars are the ones that stay, even on the darkest and stormiest of nights.
Those stars, those stars are gods.

Take the star, Caelumia, for example;
That star is the goddess Fydia's star. You can tell as it looks much like her.

Or take the star, Gaelid, instead.
That star is the god Gaelios' star.
Shining away with cerulean blue,
amongst the darkness of the night skies.

There are many types of stars,
but there aren't many that could claim to be special stars like them.

But, "Why do the gods have stars?"
You wonder.

Those special stars,
Those special stars are how gods are born, of course,
brought to life as soon as their star began to shine.
Those stars are gods.

Maybe it was the Faydriealle who breathed life into those special stars,
Or maybe it was her brother - Albedrios - who did it instead.
Yet it matters not for who did what or who did this -
Those special stars were how gods are born.
Those stars are gods.

Look at the star, Huvea, as well.
That star is the god Heteus' star.
A twin star to his sister Poemis' own star - Hyvlae.
Both stars shine bright to guide lost sailors home.
Those stars are gods.

Special stars, like normal stars, are different all the same.
Take Callouthe's star, Oqu'Ahlle, his star is the second largest amongst
all stars known.
Yet, the largest star would be the home of the gods, Solus.
Solus, unlike the rest of those special stars, is more special than the rest.
Belonging to both Faydriealle and Albedrios, Solus is their star.
Those stars are gods.

See those stars?
What pretty stars they are,
lighting the darkness of the night sky,
And bringing light to our lives.
Do you see those stars?

Do you see those stars as they glow?
Do you see those stars?

Those stars are gods.
That is how gods are born.
Birthed from the dark,
brought to the light of living.
Those stars are gods.

Much like our gods,
those stars appear out of the blue.
Most never know until the night swallows the land whole,
Those stars are gods.
And those stars protect us all.

The stars are infinite,
Much like our gods - each born from stardust.
Brought forth by divine will, those stars are gods.
That is how gods are born.

Do you see those stars?
Glittering in the night sky,
As you gaze out your window?
Those are gods.

Do you see those stars?
Winking and twinkling in the dark canvas that is night?
Those stars are gods.
Do you see those stars?
I already know that you do,
As I have seen them too...
