Lily

     "And now welcome to the show, 3 time Grammy nominated singer and performing artist, Lily James!" I heard Jimmy Fallon say from behind his desk on stage. That was my queue, god was I nervous. Sure I had been on talk shows before, but Jimmy Fallon was my absolute favorite talk show! Unless Maury counts, and I don' t think it does.

     I pushed my dirty blonde hair that had been curled to perfection my my assigned hair stylist over my shoulder and walked on to the stage, waving to the people in the audience and trying to focus on not tripping in my mile high shoes. I took a seat in one of the red arm chairs on the other side of Jimmy's desk.

     "Hi Lily!" Jimmy said with a smile and a chuckle.

     "Howdy Jimmy." I replied, earning a laugh from the audience.

     "How are you doing?" Jimmy asked.

     "Pretty good, kind of nervous." I said smiling.  

     "Why would you be nervous Lily?" Asked Jimmy, laughing.

     "Well, you're my favorite talk show host! I'm kind of starstruck at the moment!" I said with a chuckle. The audience roared in laughter along with Jimmy.

     "Ahh, you're too kind Lily." Said Jimmy. I gave him a nod as I laughed.

     "So Lily, you have been said to be the youngest performer with this kind of success story in the business since Selena." Jimmy stated.

     "Wow." I said dumbfounded. I knew I was famous but not Selena famous! I still felt like a shy school girl on the inside.

     "Wow is right." Laughed Jimmy, "So how old are you Lily?"

     "19." I told him, a smile on my face. The audience gasped, why did audiences always have such outrageous reactions on talk shows? No one knows.

     "Wow! So young, you must be pretty popular with the teens."

     "Um, yah I guess I am." I replied

     "Well, I tweeted out earlier asking your fans to tweet some questions for you." Jimmy said with a laugh.

     "Oh god." I said with a giggle. The audience exploded with laughter, another outrageous reaction. Jimmy roared with laughter.

     "Ok so would you mind answering some of your fan's tweets?" Jimmy asked. I shook my head no.

     "Ok so, If you could only say one word for the rest of your life what would it be?" Jimmy asked.

     "Hmmm...." I started, touching my finger to my chin, earning a laugh from the audience, "Thats a tough one."

     "Yah I know." Stated Jimmy.

     "Hmm... probably 'Kawaii'" I said with a chuckle. Jimmy laughed.

     "And what does that mean Miss James? Is that Japanese?"

     "Yes it's Japanese for 'cute' and I say it way too much." I replied. Jimmy asked a few more questions and finally the interview was almost over.

     "Ok, one last question Lily." Jimmy said.

     "Yes, James?" I said with a smirk. Jimmy looked at me and laughed.

     "Do you have any celebrity crushes?" He asked

     "Ummm." I started, looking down and smiling.

     "Oh so you do!?" Jimmy said grinning.

     "Well, I don't know if he is considered a celebrity, more like an internet celebrity." I stated.

     "Please enlighten us!" Jimmy said, gesturing to the audience.

     "His name is Dan Howell and he's a youtuber."
