350,000 was the final count, 350,000 lives of the alliance had been extinguished and lost in the Great World War, of the 80,000 sent by the Shinobi 50,000 had died while 300,000 of the Imperial Army had died. They had given the ultimate sacrifice to defend their homes from the evil tyranny that was the Akatsuki and Madara Uchiha. A week had passed by since the wars end families, friends, and villages were in a time of mourning. Iwa was mourning greatly as their oldest and longest serving Tsuchikage Onoki was killed by Madara, his granddaughter Kurotsuchi had been named the 4th Tsuchikage. A was still serving as the Raikage himself and his village were mourning the loss of their Shinobi and his brother Killer B. Kirigakure was the same Mei was still serving as Mizukage. As for the territories that Naruto's army had occupied they had been relinquished to Konoha and the fire country had now become the biggest form of land in the East, Otogakure however was split jointly between the empire and Konoha the alliance agreed to leave a contingent of Naruto's troops their to act as a defense force as well as a way to communicate with the villages. Orochimaru had turned himself in and was now serving a life sentence in a Konoha prison, he understood that he would die before his sentence was up but he surrendered willingly and was content with dying. Karin, Jugo, and Suigetsu were given a chance by the alliance to return to their villages Karin and Jugo remained in Konoha while Suigetsu returned to the Mist all three were granted leniency due to Naruto. Konoha itself was mourning but also in an interesting position, Tsunade had stepped down from her position as Hokage and Kakashi Hatake had now become the 6th Hokage. The Great World War was to be immortalized forever so that the youth and future generations to come would never forget the sacrifices made by both the Empire and the Shinobi Alliance. At the center of the battle grounds a massive golden statute was made in honor of the sacrifices made in order to achieve peace, their were two figures shaking hands one was an empire soldier while the other was a Shinobi a plaque was beneath it that had an inscription.

"Dedicated to the brave men and women of the 5 Great Nations and the Western Elemnatl Empire. All gave Some while Some Gave All"

As for the husk of the 10 tails it was sealed below ground in an unknown location and guarded by the Empire and the Shinobi villages. As for Naruto and Saskue they were immortalized as being named Heroes of the War, Saskue had been named the 7th Hokage when Kakashi steps down it was truly a monumentous occasion as no Uchiha had been named Hokage. Saskue had a statue of his brother made at the Konoha burial grounds it stood tall guarding over the graves of the Uchiha clan it too had an inscription and it read.

The capital itself was in deep mourning its people had sacrificed so much they marched to war to protect the world and they did in fact the 5 Great Nations honored the soldiers and the Tiandi with being named honorary citizens of the villages as they believed the Empire sacrificed the most. Today was an important day it was the funeral of Jiraya of the Sannin the capital and had been decked out for the ceremony. All of Konoha attended the entire guard was to take part in the funeral their was a massive plot of land separate form everyone else's it was decorated to the max level. Jirayas body had been well preserved for the occasion everyone was at the parade grounds everyone was dressed in black and other sorts of fancy clothes people gathered and greeted each other, it was really a testament of just how deeply Jiraya affected the people of the world. Hinata, Naruto, Tsunade, Saskue, Sakura, and Kakashi were gathered in a small room where the body was to pay their respects.
