1 DIFFERENCES

"Arghhhhhh" I screamed as I threw the stupid alarm off my ear ,my eyes were still sleepy and my tired bones still needed to rest .....I mean relocating ain't easy and it was hell .

"Jennie ,get ready for school ,it's already 7:30" I heard my dad's voice downstairs,probably he's making breakfast..

I got up from bed and had the slowest shower ever ,wore my black hoodie and pants ,then picked my backpack

"Late on your first day huh?"my dad said mixing his cereal

"Hmmmm"

"Looking forward to ..........."

"Dad please can we keep it cool ?"

My dad sipped his coffee as his response, the breakfast ended quietly
As we drove on the way to my new school ,I couldn't fathom the thought of how boring my life is ,I really miss everything ....now am stuck up again in an entirely different world ...

The school is quite big with students flooding into the building ,you probably think I would be anxious but it would be difficult for an .......

"Alright loving what you see huh ?" My dad said as he parked .

"Whatever" I said as I rolled my eyeballs ,obviously he could sense my anger ,we're repeating what I hate
My dad let out a deep sigh ,he looked
tensed ..

"Look Jennie ,I know you are probably not OK with ......."

"Yah am glad its obvious,l hate when you break your promise and you know what's worse you always do.
Bye" I stormed out of the car heading towards the entrance

I plugged in my earpod and 'FAST BY JUICE WRLD 'started playing ,that's my remedy for my nervous state (which I hate being noticed)...

"Hey Jennie right?" A girl who introduced herself as Ashley earlier down the hall ,said immediately the English teacher left

"Yep " I nodded packing my books into my bag

"Not quite a talker huh?" She said dragging her chair closer ,OK I hate what's going on now ,she's being clingy

"Exactly " I said rudely,don't care duh

"I like your type " she said smiling "so what're you having for lunch "

"Mmmm ...burger maybe "

"Then come with me this school has the best burger ever" She dragged me to the canteen .....

She was damn right this beef  burger was so delicious, quite better than the one in LA, I continued munching my burger when Ashley stole my French  fries ,she let out a  childish laugh ,I like her she's sweet and friendly, she's been nice to me since we met at least saved out of my boredom today

"Hi am Ashley, you look new " A blonde girl around my age said extending an handshake,didn't  wanna be rude but I really hate people touching  me,I continued looking at her probably understood she continued "In grade 10" she said sitting  close to me  I adjusted a little bit to avoid contact

"so what part of Asia are you from ?? Am guessing Korea "

"So ????" I snapped harshly, goddammit my I really hate my dad for this face "Racist??" I asked removing the pod off my ears
"Nooo..ooo I ..I..actually ..am sorry if I pissed you off " she said with terror in her eyes ,I expected her to leave immediately at least a lot of people do that

"It's cool " I replied

" um.. actually am into the Asian culture,I've wished  to have a Korean friend"she laughed ,Korean????how does she know am Korean????
