(4 weeks after sledding)
Me and dad were sitting around watching T.v. the boys were at some interview, when Zack text-ed me and asked to hang out, i politely denied. Ive been spending less time with my dad then normal so today is about me and him.
"So this shows boring me" my dad spoke up.
"Wanna go bake cupcakes or play in the band room downstairs?" i asked picking up the empty pop cans and chip bags.
"Actually hunny i have a doctors appointment in an hour so i kind of need to go but ill be back in time for dinner" he said getting his keys and leaving.

I was waiting for him on the porch when he finally got here we went inside.
"Soooooooo i say we get snacks and watch a Hockey game." i suggested while he just nodded and followed me to the kitchen to get food, we got chips pop cookies and some carrots i found in the back of the fridge, and we went to watch the game.
we were involved with the game we were yelling at the ref's even tho they couldn't hear us.
"WHAT NO!!!! THAT'S BULL CRAP YOU CANT PUT HIM IN THE PENALTY BOX HE DIDN'T EVEN START THE FIGHT!!" i yelled throwing chips at the tv.
"BOOOO!! REF YOU SUCK!!" Zack yelled jumping up.
~Harry's POV~
we just got home and walked in the door when Roxie and Zack were jumping yelling and throwing food.
"WHOA WHOA WHOA!! whats going on here?" i questioned looking around at the mess and food smudges on the television.
"Uhm Hockey duh and sorry about the me--- HOLLY SHIT WE WON WE WON!! YESS BOO-YA MUTHAFUKA!" Roxie said jumping up.
"Oh Coo--- hey man those are my carrots!" Lou said ripped the bag of vegetables out of Zack's hand.
"Whats he doing here?" Niall questioned
"My dad left so he came over to keep me company while a certain boy band was being interviewed by a skank and harry no offense bro but you could do better id throw away that number." she said while starting to clean up the mess.
"Where did he go and how did you know i got her number?" and she answered "doctors appointment and please Harold I'm not stupid."
~Oscar(Roxie's dad) POV~
i was sitting in the doctors office waiting for Dr. Abrahm to get back with the test results. i had recently been vomiting blood, signs of a disease.
"Well Oscar i have some bad news" the Doctor said taking a seat in his chair and looking me dead in the eyes.
"Oscar I'm sorry you have been diagnosed with lung cancer and a rare liver disease and it may be to late to cure it, we can start khemo therapy and you well have at least 10months to left, I'm so sorry" and with that he walked out.
what do i do? how am i going to tell the kids. i walked to the car tears rolling down my cheeks. i'm not telling them yet ill wait a week.
~Roxie's POV~
Me and Niall were in the band room also known as our basement, we were just messing around humming and playing random instruments, i wanted to sing so badly but forced my self not to i wanted to run my finger across the piano but i couldn't i wouldn't he didn't need to know those secrets. but one couldn't hurt right? i gave in.
"Niall i wanna show you a secret but you have to promise you wont share it with the boys. harry doesn't even know okay?" i asked having him sit by me on the bench.
"i promise" and that's all he had to say. i put my hair into a bun and let my fingers work they're magic on the beautiful instrument.{the song she plays is on the side}.
Niall wrapped his arm around my waist as i played, i was so into it, i haven't played in forever the words started to come out of mouth, i started to sing (Play Song Now)

"Why don't you want the boys to know" he gave me a questioning look.
"they'll find out someday, just not anytime soon." i answered "I'm just an Ordinary Girl" i smiled and walked upstairs.
