Once upon a time there was a happy family living in a village that was placed on a tall and big mountain.
In this family there was a father, a son, and a pregnant mother.
Its was raining and cold at night.
At midnight when their door got knocked the son go to the door and opened it. He was curious about who have come to their house at a very late hour.
He realized that it was a old woman.
She had long grey hair and green eyes.
She was wearing a very old and torn cloak which was wet from the rain.
She asked.
“Hello little one. Can an old lady like me stay here for the night please?”
The son didn't know what he should say so he go to the living room to tell about the old woman.
The mother and the father walk towards the door to see the woman that their son was talking about.
The father asked.
“What do you want”
In a not very welcoming tone.
The old woman looked at the father with her bright green eyes.
“i wanted to ask if you could let me stay here for the night”
The mother looked at the old woman and asked.
“What can you give in return”
The old woman looked at the mother and didn't say anything.
Then she slowly lowered her gaze to her pockets and start looking for something.
The mother looked at her pockets curiously.
Her eyes sparkled with greed.
As the old woman search for her pockets she smiled as she finally found what she was looking for.
She slowly pulled out a violet . It had a bright purple color that was shining under the moonlight and there was no mistake on its leafs.
She hold the violet on her calloused hands and held her towards the mother.
The mother looked at the violet on her hand then to the woman confused.
“Do you really think we would let you in just for a flower? get lost you!”
The son looked at his parents and the old woman akwardly then he closed the door shut leaving the old woman outside.
One day later.
It was still rainy and cold outside.
At midnight. The family's door get knocked again.
The son go to the door to see who it was.
When he opened the door he realized it was the same old woman with green eyes.
The old woman repeated her words.
“Hello little one. Can an old lady like me stay here for the night please?”
The son go to tell his parents about the old woman.
The mother and the father go to the door.
The father looked at the old woman.
is there is anything i can help with?”
Meanwhile the mother was watching the scene behind the father.
The old woman spoke.
“i wanted to ask if you could let me stay here for the night”
