My mother is half Jamaican but never put those braids in my hair even though it can hold it for days. i decided to learn it myself. I want a child but being in school both as an accountant and nurse is really draining and i feel lost. I stress regulary that I may be pregnant because I don't use birth control only condoms and my period is naturally light in comparison.I googled this youtuber who parted the hair by roles and columns almost like math grid paper. Boy do I love math and hate it at times. Its very stressful the pass rate on my finance course that mandatory is 50%, I failed the course once. It really reuined my self esteem because i thought i was good at math, my family were arguining day in day out that i couldnt focus on studies anymore. I verbally lashed out at people and I regret it. It is what it is. Im getting off track back to hair. I used my moms conditioners after washing my baby, combed through it then started separating the hair into 3 and braid it. I already know how to add hair you just get a VERY long strand of the hair that not on the head. Fold it in the middle then put it on the scalp. I know to make it stay one of the 3 strings on hair must go over the "fake" hair then repeat with the real hair until it seems locked and proceed. now combine the fake hair into the real so theres 3 thicker longer strands and braid. I remember this took me half a week to complete it was not fun. if i dont add any hair it takes less then a day
