First day of school
It was the first day and Lai was not excited. She hasn't talked to Bryce since Romeo told her he was lowkey playing in her face. She didn't know how to feel or how to approach the situation so she went ghost. Bryce kinda figured Romeo told her. He knew it was gonna come out but he didn't think it would happen like that.
" bro this fit sum slight. Don't be trying to dick ride"
Lai was on the phone with Romeo and Aaliyah. They were all trying to figure out where the others were.
" ok wtv but I'm in the gym"
Romeo said leaving the call.
" he expect us to walk all the way there?"
Aaliyah responded
" that's what tf I'm saying"
And with that the 2 girls hung up and made their way to the gym.
" the sexiest is in the motha fuckin building your heard me!"
Lai walked in slightly yelling.
" ok wait the fit eats twin"
Romeo said. She started posing as if he was taking photos. The three started laughing but it soon died down once they saw Bryce and Layla walk in laughing.
" you know what's crazy we never actually broke up. I just stopped texting back."
Lai was trying to put a hard shell over her but deep down she was gutted. She was starting to fall in love with this boy. She lowkey already was and now she just feels like a nobody.
" fuck this I'm going anywhere but here"
Lai got her stuff and started walking to the locker room. She knew if she had to sit and watch she would've ended up throwing hands.
What the fuck did I do to deserve this bru. All I did was try my hardest to love him and he couldn't even do the same
Alaiya thought she was stupid. She looked at herself in the locker room mirror and watched as a single tear came down her face.
" fuck"
She muttered
" yea i don't know but- oh hey Lai Lai you ok? "
Layla asked walking in noticing her energy.
" perfect. Thanks"
After fixing herself, Lai grabbed her stuff and went to go exit the gym.
" Lai wait!"
She heard the voice she was dreading. She tried to pick up some speed but the boy was running after her
" can we please talk? I miss you ma"
Lai tried her best to stand on business but they both knew that name was her weakness
"No"
Bryce was in shock he didn't think it would be this hard
" you know what actually I do have some things to say to you. We are done. Until you can figure out what the fuck you want then you can try again. Until then lose my number hoe"
