Always You My Love.

You are her past,I am the future.

Dr Jacob spent one week in china and in that time,he always video called Kenya every single day,this became a habit to the two as Wang would normally show Kenya places he went to. Kenya was also curious about those places so Wang would always go in great detail about them.

A week passed by and Dr Wang came back to work, Nurses and patients were the most happiest especially the young patients who wanted to know why he suddenly wasn't attending to them. Nurses just liked to look at him while having a hard day at work.At lunch time,Wang still eat lunch with Kenya.

Kenya couldn't help but notice the difference in Wang's lunch today
"What's did you pack today?" She asked.
"These are called century eggs,I came with them from home,they are usually preserved for a long period of time,then these are salted eggs, spinach, fried rice,tofu and deep fried sliced pork chops"  Dr Wang said as he pointed at each of the meals with his chop sticks.

"Century eggs are a delicacy,don't let the color frighten you,try and see if it's to your liking,if it isn't then don't force yourself,I also have some foods which I can't seem to get used to eating here. Try combining the century egg with tofu" Wang added as he gently separated his meal for Kenya to taste.

Kenya tried having a taste, although it wasn't what she was used too,it was surprisingly not bad. 

Dr Wang had sliced the century egg into very tiny pieces and told her to eat slowly with a combination of the other meals so she followed his instructions.
" This is the first time I am trying this,it is not bad,the color just made me abit hesitant at first" Kenya said as she finished the meal.

"See?I told you not to be scared off by the color " wang gently laughed as he picked up some beef chops that Kenya had separated for him from her lunch before eating them with his rice.

Kenya had just finished her work,she was hence heading to the parking lot to drive home and relax. Unexpectedly, she saw Darious waiting at the parking lot entrance.
"Summer!"  Darious smiled as he headed towards her

" I know you are angry with me but please don't make me your enemy okay,we have both struggled through some tough times together" Darious said

" What is your purpose coming here Darious?" Kenya  asked.
" Aunt Sheila and uncle willy are waiting at Grand restaurant,they would like to meet us,let us go and talk" Darious said as he held Kenya's left hand attempting to pull her towards his car in the parking lot.

" Let go,I already talked to Aunt Sheila,there is nothing to add,why did you call them again?" Kenya angrily asked .

"Kenya,we are both mature let us go and talk things through once and for all,I promise,I won't disturb your peace after this,what do you say" Darious asked as he stood close to Kenya. Kenya tried to distance herself from him but her shoulders were now tightly held.

" She told you to let her go, don't you have ears?" Dr Wang said as he walked towards them.
" Who is this Kenya ?your new boyfriend? You downgraded from me to him? Or do you want to piss me off?"  Darious asked.

" Shut up Darious!" Kenya shouted
"Oh so it's true,haa...look here buddy, whoever you are I don't care,look at her and look at yourself,you two will never work out don't deceive her just because we are having a misunderstanding. Kenya look at him,do you really think you will work out,you look nothing alike!" Darious said mockingly towards Wang before turning to face Kenya. Kenya was so ashamed and angry at Darious' words that she wouldn't come up with any reply.

"Kenya,let us go home,I have something else to teach you." Dr Wang requested. Kenya immediately headed towards Dr Wang,she didn't want to spend anymore time with Darious. He had become paranoid and scary,she didn't want to associate with him anymore.

" Are you two staying together now,be careful summer,he is using you,after getting what he wants from you,you will be discarded. You also know you are black and he is Asian,his people will always despise you!you better wake up and open your eyes! You will be disappointed.I don't know if I can accept you then" Darious said.

Dr Wang stopped walking and turned towards Darious, looking at him as though he was a complete idiot. Darious was offended by his look.

"What is that look,Kenya is my childhood friend and lover,I have every right to warn her incase she is making a mistake,and you are definitely a mistake " Darious said. Kenya was so embarrassed by him that she tried calling Dr Wang to ignore his words.

" Darious right?You seem not to know your place,Summer isn't your property. And you are not her lover,if I remember correctly you are her ex boyfriend who is a father now,you should be the last person judging and warning others. Infact every person should be warning every lady about you. You are summer's past and I am her present. Don't bother her anymore "  Dr Wang said as he held summer's hand and led her towards his car.

Kenya was surprised and touched,she had never seen Wang so angry before, she knew Dr Wang was defending her dignity which she wouldn't do herself. She went along with him , allowing him to hold her hand as they headed towards his car.

Darious was so angry that he kicked the nearest car tire before heading to his car, however, because of the force used,pain immediately ensued which added to his fury,he was going to tell aunt Sheila and uncle willy about Kenya's actions.
