Me, Robin, and Steve got back to work. I was piling some of the tapes on the counter while we continued watching the news just in case of any updates. There were a couple of customers inside but we didn't help them. These news were outrageous.

Suddenly, Dustin and Max come in. I heard the small bell ring and turn around. I sigh in relief as I saw Max, glad she wasn't the one to get hurt.

"Hey, Steve" Dustin said walking up to the counter. "You guys see this?" Steve asked, pointing towards the tv. Robin was sitting on a random chair and i was sitting on the counter. "How many phones do you have?" Dustin asked looking at Steve. I looked at Dustin with narrowed eyes. "Dude, someone was just murdered!" Steve exclaimed.

"How many phones do you have?!" He repeated the question and Steve answered. "Two, why?" He looked over at me and Robin. "Technically three, if you count Keith's in the back." I stated looking at the kids. "Yeah three works" Max said looking at Dustin. I watched as Dustin grabbed his backpack from his shoulder and threw it against the counter and onto the floor. Knocking down my piles. "Woah! What are you-?" Steve didn't get to finish as I interrupted him. "Dude, my piles!" I exclaimed picking them up.

Then Dustin proceeded to throw himself over the counter, knocking down Steve's tapes too. "No, no, no! My tapes! Dude!" Dustin sat down in front of the computer in the shop. "What are you doing, man?!" He said annoyingly walking up to Dustin. I was pissed off. I worked for these piles. I picked them up and started stacking them together again.

"Setting up a base of operations here." Dustin said typing away on the computer. "Base of operations?" Robin repeated helping me pick up the tapes.

"Gah! Get off." Steve commanded Dustin. "I need it." Dustin replied bluntly and continued to do whatever he was doing. "Need it for what?" my brother asked annoyed. "Eddie's friends' phone numbers" I rolled my eyes and picked up the tapes placing them back on the counter before walking up to them and stand behind Dustin.

"Oh Eddie. Your new best friend that you think is cooler than me because he plays your nerdy game?"

"Ugh yes! i...I never said that" Dustin groaned out. I looked at Steve. "Steve now's not the time to be jealous of Eddie yeah?" I shake my head.

"Seriously you guys, maybe on a Monday you can play around in here like toddlers, but it's Saturday it's our busiest day!" Robin states straightening the tapes out.

Dustin doesn't even look back at her before replying. "Robin, I totally empathize but this cannot wait until Monday." I roll my eyes at Dustin's childish behavior. "Oh my God" Steve groans, rubbing his face with his hands. "What? Cause calling all of Eddie's friends is an emergency?" Robin asks.

"Correct!" Dustin slightly yells out making me smack the back of his head. He lets out an "ow" and glares at me before looking back at the computer.

"Alright do you want me to strangle him? Or do you want to?" Steve asks moving over to stand next to Robin. I pop up behind him. "Do you even have to ask, dear brother?" Robin looks at him with a small smile "We could take turns" She suggests. I smile "Oh that's smart"

Dustin turns to Max annoyed. "Can you fill them in? While I do this?!" He exclaimed. I look at him with raised eyebrows. "Fill us in on what?" I said annoyed. Max looks at us with a look I can't exactly read. But that's how I knew something was definitely wrong.
