at the age of nine, tamaki lost her mother right in front of her. at fifteen, she gained and lost powers that opened up an entirely new world to her that she came to love. at seventeen, she regained those powers and was forced to fight in a bloody war that she still carries scars from. at twenty-two, she was enrolled in the police academy in tokyo. at twenty-nine, she is an accomplished police inspector with a son she loves dearly.
tamaki never claimed to have an easy life. in fact, she would tell you her life was never easy. she always had to work to keep herself and others safe, whether it be her friends or her family. despite all of her responsibilities, she was top of her class and capable of defending herself against any opponent. she knew when to hate and when to love, as well. that part is very important.
