I was out at night, taking a night-walk in the cold darkness. The only light was the street lamps and the moonlight. I decided to walk into the park... As I walked through the park, I looked on my phone while walking until someone accidentally bumped into me...it caused me to fall on the ground, and it caused the stranger to spill his coffee. I looked up and noticed a boys hand that wanted to help me "I'm so sorry!" The boy said with concerned and worried voice.

"It's okay!" I laughed a little taking his hand.

He helped me up smiling a bit, still looking a bit worried "I'm really sorry about that, I didn't mean to bump into you..." He said while picking up his now empty coffee cup.

"It's okay don't worry, sorry abt the coffee" I smiled.

He chuckled a bit "It's fine, it's just coffee, I can always get another one" He looked at me for a moment "You're not hurt, are you?"

"No i'm fine" I said not noticing the scratch on my knee bleeding.

He noticed the scratch on my knee "Are you sure? You're bleeding a bit..." He pointed to my knee.

"Oh!" I didn't notice it, until he pointed it out.

He looked concerned again "Here, let me help you" He gently grabbed my arm and led me to a nearby bench.

I sat down "Sorry abt this.."

He sat down next to me "Don't apologize, it's not your fault. Besides, it's my fault for bumping into you in the first place" He said with a small smile.

I smiled a bit.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small first aid kit "Can I take a look at your knee?" He asked, opening the first aid kit.

I nodded "mhm"

He carefully examined my knee, being gentle with it "It's not too deep, but it's still bleeding a bit" He said as he pulled out some gauze and antiseptic "This might sting a bit"

"Okay" I prepared for the sting.

He applied the antiseptic to my wound, being careful not to hurt me too much "There, that should help" He said as he finished cleaning my wound and started wrapping my knee with gauze.

I smiled "Thanks again"

He smiled and finished wrapping my knee "No problem. Just be careful next time, okay?" He said, putting the first aid kit back in his pocket.

I smiled.

He chuckled a bit "You know, you're taking this all really well. Most people would probably be more upset about getting hurt"

I laughed a bit "No i'm completely familiar with these types of things, "I'm very much clumsy so, I'm sorry abt the coffee again" I said sincere.

He laughed "You're clumsy, huh? I guess that explains why you didn't notice the scratch on your knee until I pointed it out"

"Yeah.." I laughed a little, scratching the back of my head.

He chuckled again "Well, at least you have a good sense of humor about it, it's always better to laugh things off than to dwell on them"

I smiled "I agree"

He smiled and looked up at the sky "It's a nice night out, isn't it? Despite the cold"

"Mhm, the moon looks especially beautiful tonight" I smiled looking up at Luna. (luna means moon in spanish)

He nodded in agreement "Yeah, you're right. The moon does look beautiful. I love the way it reflects off the water and the trees. It's almost magical, don't you think?"

I nodded smiling still looking at Luna.

He noticed my smile and couldn't help but smile as well "You seem to really love the moon. Do you have a connection with it or something?"

"Not in particular, but yeah...I I guess so.." I smiled.

He raised an eyebrow curiously "Oh really? So it's just a coincidence that you're admiring the moon right now? Or do you have a secret admiration for celestial bodies?"

"No, i feel like she's a friend almost, i've loved the moon ever since i was very little" I smiled.

He smiled warmly, listening intently "That's really interesting. It's nice to have a friend that's always there, no matter what. And the moon has been there for billions of years, so it's kind of comforting to think about it in that way, isn't it?

"Yeah..." I smiled.

He chuckled softly "You know, I used to think the moon was just a big rock floating in space. But after hearing you talk about it, I guess it's not just a rock anymore. It's got feelings now"

I smiled laughing a little.

He laughed along with me "Hey, I'm being serious! You've turned the moon into a living, breathing entity. Who knows, maybe it's listening to us right now and is smiling down at us from the sky"

I smiled "Maybe.."

He smiled "Maybee? You're not very convincing. I think you're definitely trying to convince me that the moon has feelings"

"No, no ofc not" I smiled.

He playfully rolled his eyes "Oh, so now you're denying it? You're not very good at hiding your true intentions, you know"

I smiled "Anyway I should be getting home it's already late"

He nodded "Yeah, you're right. It's getting pretty late. You should get home before it gets too cold. It was nice talking to you, though. Even if you did try to convince me that the moon has feelings"

I laughed a little "Nice talking to you too"

He smiled back at me "See you around, moon lover."

I laughed a little as I then walked back home.

(A little personality background, I was always smiley and very outgoing, but I could be very shy and quiet at times)

He watched me walk away, his eyes lingering on me for a moment before he shook his head and chuckled to himself "She's definitely something"

I arrived home greeting my cat Miso she was a white rag-doll kitty. Miso meowed happily as I walked through the door, immediately rubbing against my legs and purring loudly. She seemed to have missed me while I was out. I closed the door behind me locking it as i then picked up Miso carrying her, I now did my normal night routine, I ate, showered, now getting myself comfy and ready for bed. Miso followed me around as I went about my nightly routine, occasionally jumping onto the bed and making herself comfortable. She seemed content to just be near me, purring softly as she watched me get ready for bed. (A little background on my living situation, I lived alone with miso in a fairly decent home, it was comfy and homey like, with a touch of a modern like essence to it) Miso was my only companion in the house, and she was very affectionate. She would often cuddle up next to me in bed, purring loudly and kneading my blankets with her paws. It was a peaceful and comfortable routine, just me and my cat. As I laid in bed, Miso curled up next to me, her warm body providing comfort and warmth. She snuggled closer to me, her purring growing louder as she slowly fell asleep. The room was quiet, except for the sound of Miso's purring and the occasional car passing by outside. I closed my eyes, feeling a sense of contentment and happiness as I drifted off to sleep, with Miso next to me. As I slept, Miso stayed by my side, occasionally shifting positions in her sleep. She was a loyal and loving companion, and I was always grateful to have her in my life. The night passed peacefully, and I slept soundly, feeling safe and content in my home with my cat.

(I hadn't ran into that boy in 2 weeks)

I had been going about my daily routine for the past two weeks without running into the boy I had met in the park. I wondered if I would ever see him again, but for now, life went on as usual, js casually thinking of what he'd said to me "moon lover..."
