Chapter 1 - Eschatology

Alarm rings 

Alvin opens his eyes, He's getting late for college 

he hurriedly starts packing up, makes a quick little sandwich to munch on the way. 

Goodbye granny, granny the only parent like person Alvin has ever had. 

Alvin on his Cycle Speeds up- "ugh that hairy professor is going to scold me today" he mumbled 

"Shi* I am so late The professor is gonna kill me" - Alvin

*He opens the gate to his class*

"Good morning, Professor hair- Professor Kade" Greets Alvin 

"Alvin Baker" Professor smirks 

"It's a new record everyone claps for him he's broken his 30 min record"

"It's a new record of 1 hour " Professor jokingly says 

"Sir I am sorry this will never happen again" 

"Get out I don't want to see your face And I am going to Mark absent for today"

"But sir It was an accident"
"I SAID GET OUT" yells professor 

Alvin looks at his classmates as he leaves 
"ha-ha look at him what a joke" says a boy 

"they're all laughing" Alvin thinks 

Alvin leaves the college disappointed as he is, He recalls the memories when he used to play with his parents in the park.

"I miss them" says Alvin 

Alvin gets on his bike as he is ready to go back to his house 

"I wonder what excuse I'll have to make to granny" 

Suddenly power goes down everything in the city shuts down  

"Did Power run out? That's not possible surely something is happening? right?" wonders Alvin 

"I can't Believe there's a Blackout in 22nd Century" says a Female pedestrian

suddenly a Boy in School uniform comes running towards Alvin's direction 

"IT'S DEAD IT'S DEAD THEY'RE ALL DEAD" The child says

Alvin walks up to him "What Happened Who's Dead?" Asks Alvin 

"...." The guy doesn't Answers 

Alvin Looks behind that Child

And is Horrified by What he sees 

Alvin is shocked, terrified 

He falls to the ground 

"w-wh-what's happening" Asks a Woman 

And the young schoolboy Falls to the ground Almost seems like suffocating but at the same moment not 

And everyone around Alvin Starts to die 

in the same manner as everyone they fall to the ground and suffocate and bleed 

Alvin Traumatized by the look of it Starts to run 

He runs as fast as he can but wherever he goes He sees people dying 

"Granny- I need to get to granny"

Traumatized but Courageous 

"Granny Granny where are you" 

He searches her everywhere but she's nowhere to be seen

almost as he was giving hope, he sees her 

Dead on the floor 

"Granny Granny" He shouts but it is to no avail 

That day he lost his only family
