Chapter 1

                                                                                      The Beginning

''Mari everything is so boring.''

Shriya sighed as she talked to her friend, Mari.

''Okayy. What do you want me to do?''

Mari questioned

''I want a crush.''

''Shut up.''

Shriya bombastically SIDE EYED Mari. The audacity?

Then she rolled her eyes and heavily sighed.

''This is so boring.''

''Come, let's fill our water bottle. Mine is kinda empty.''

She said as she stood up and signaled for Mari to stand up.

Mari groaned and sat up.

''Why? My water is full. I don't wanna come.''

''I don't wanna go alone pleaseee.''

Shriya whined and begged her.

''Okay fine.''

Mari said as she grabbed her water bottle from her backpack.

''My water bottle is so full. I'll look stupid.''

''You won't.''

Students were filling their water from the cooler. Some were chatting away while some were just there to see their friends.

Shriya and Mari finally arrived there.

While Mari was busy talking to her other friends, Shriya was quietly filling her water bottle.

Then she turned to her side...

and that's when she saw the one and only,

Mahadur.

Shriya had her eyes locked onto him.

He was tall, his hair was black and messy, and he had the perfect smile. (Lies but okay.)

Shriya was in awe. It was as if everything was in slow motion. 

She couldn't help but stare at him in shock. He looked so good (that's what she thinks, not me).

The light casted a glow on his face, making him look like he was the main character.

He held his bottle with his hands, which looked so perfect. He laughed and smiled as he talked to his friends.

Suddenly, Shriya heard voices behind her, yelling at her.

And that's when Shriya snapped back to reality and saw that her shoes and socks were wet because she forgot to turn off the cooler.

''Oh shit.''
