This Kaiju appears in Vermilion City and turns everything into stone.

Regina : Her main move is petrification rays, That's a beam that can turn her opponent or everything surround her into stone. She does this by revealing her hidden eye from her main head's mouth and her tails risen in a manner of a rattlesnake. She also have an move called Lightning bolts, Gargorgon can fire a bolt of electricity from each of her heads on her shoulders.
Liko : I hated that Kaiju, she like Kaiju version of Yvertal but more scaring
