There was complete silence and no-one seemed to dare break it except..it was necessary to do so .
" Your stupid" a voice was heard , probably of a boy not older than 18 .
As a piece of stick was thrown on the ground, which echoed in the empty room with moonlight sweeping through the single window , even though the scenery was mesmerizing...there was a tension in the room which grew thicker by the passing minutes .
" How am I stupid?" Someone responded, this time a voice of a girl only a year older or so , and again the flimilar sound of another piece of stick was heard being thrown on the ground except this time with a lot more force than before ...
_ AIKYO POV_
we were not coping at all ..and that was bad , even though we knew we should be , our pride and loss of having to communicate was keeping us like this .
We knew we should cope , especially if there were random siblings who literally just met like a few hours ago and then planned on running away from home and from their shitty parents and now have to live together in the woods without having any experience not knowledge to do so ...
Immature if you ask me right? Heh ..well.. it's us.

My sister and i were born in a wealthy family, our parents were never the type to understand or take intrest in anything that is against their will , my sister and i weren't even aware of each other existing. Our parents made us grow up in different sides of the wall .
Our parents believed that we should be taught proper etiquette from a young age and that staying with siblings influenced each other to cause trouble and pick up bad habits and so ...it happened as they wished ..
Until...
We somehow managed to meet up and sneek out to the balcony while our parents were busy with work , we interacted and planned to run away , even being teenagers we were mature enough to understand that our family was not for us so
...we ran .. through the woods...and took shelter in this hut which I'm not able to estimate for how long we'll be able to call a home . It was just a random walls put together and having a room which made a house..but even being met just a few hours ago ... together it felt home.

The moon was high up in the sky shining as if cosplaying as a pure bead of pearl , the forest was quiet with the only closest light being the dimply lit lamp in the room, and as i thought silence was comforting there was a sense of something i really couldn't put my nose on ,but it wasn't inside rather .. outside . As it raced through my mind i found myself leaning against the wall when ...it hit me.
" Hey! Remember that old hag we met on our way?!" I said, at this point I don't even know why I said that aloud.
" Yea? What about it?" She replied, her gaze slowly falling at my face as I said that .
" Don't you also feel like it ? " I said
She paused for a while then sighed softly.
" I hate to say that we were thinking the same thing but yes , i do " she said , well im sure that first part wasn't needed so she got a eye roll from me .
" Really? So you think demons exist?" I said again to her.
" I don't know whether that old man was trying to scare us by saying that or actually genuinely concerned but yea once again, this place is wierd, i also felt as if something would be watching us at night. . while it would be day it would be fine "
she said , damn that's the most number of words i heard her speak since we met .
" I thought I was the only one to think that way " i said.
She sighed before continuing her tone a bit less harsh " it's wierd aikyo , but whatever happens let's just promise each other that we'll always be with each other in the times of need"
I was a bit taken aback by her response but I couldn't help but laugh a bit , in which as a response she glared at me .
" That's new coming from you , guess your not that great and almighty are you ? Akane
But yes .. i wanted to tell you the same thing..and i promise "
" First off , I'm older than you , you goof and second of all you didn't had to laugh yk?" She said.
" Well, i apologise then ... " I said before looking from the window. " How long has it been since we've been talking?" I said
" I don't know " she said before getting up. " Anyways let's just sleep for now , I can't stand you already " she continued.
" Alright, akane...妹 ( sister) "
