Hamburg, the band's home turf. Skull Of Judas were about to perform their last concert here, as they always did. They always finished any tour in Hamburg.

Skull Of Judas were active since the late 90s, but gained massive popularity when Adam Wolff took over the vocal position. He was already in the band as a guitarist, joining in 2006 at age 13. It only took a year or two to bring Adam more to the front by giving him the position of lead vocalist. Adam's vocal style was way different than their former vocalist, as Adam was able to switch from normal vocals to 'screamo' and back.

Adam was the youngest of the band, as everyone else were in their 40s. Adam was only in his early 30s. He also brought in the most popularity, as the band's sales increased with 70% and tickets were sold 40% faster than usual. Many international fans expressed their sadness when it came to these tours, because the band only toured through Germany and Austria. Other countries weren't showing interest in them at all and thought that they wouldn't sell out venues.

Every show in Germany and Austria sold out and every album they released debuted in the top 5 of German and Austrian charts. Many international fans had to travel all the way to Germany or Austria to see them, a sacrifice they had to make.

Tonight was another packed show. The band's favorite venue to play at was Kaiserkeller, which was a venue big enough for the band. The band always tried to play at bigger venues, but they wouldn't be able to sell enough tickets. Or at least that's what the venues thought.

The five members were in the dressing room each by themselves in each corner of the dressingroom. Everyone was doing their own thing, but at least two members were drinking beer together. Because they had a big dressingroom, they could do whatever they wanted. But it wasn't because there was tension in the band, there certainly wasn't.

Adam was in an interview with a German Youtube Channel which focussed on heavy metal acts in Germany and Austria. The host of the Channel, Michael Schmidt, asked quite a lot of questions, which Adam answered with pleasure. He was asked a lot of questions, including those about his early days in the band.

"How old were you when you first joined, because I have read that you were quite young?" Michael asked.

"I actually was 13 years old when I joined as a guitarist. The band had suspended the guitarist for inappropriate behaviour and they told me that they refused to continue without a guitarist. I actually had to audition just to make sure I was a great fit." Adam answered.

"Why audition if they had basically recruited you?" Michael asked.

"Again, they just wanted to be sure that I was a fit for the band. They didn't look at my age at first, but they were surprised that I was a 13 year old kid." Adam went on.

Adam described his early days in the band as 'chaotic, but fun', as he was doing what he secretly liked. He actually wanted to become a music teacher or a producer, since he didn't feel that talented at all to play in a band.

"When were you asked to sing?" Michael asked.

"The band tried to recruit a new singer, but no one suited the band's style. So after a few years, the members turned to me and asked if I could sing. I had not sung before, but I did try it after being reluctant. I have a dark tone in my voice and I sound like a monster when using screamo, but that's what they like about my vocals. And our fans do too." Adam answered.

Because of Adam taking over on vocals, the band gained more popularity. More and more people were showing interest in the band, as it appeared that Adam was the leader the band needed. People couldn't explain why, but Adam's appearance also helped in drawing in new fans.
