*I was scrolling on my phone until 10am, when Nobara's alarm rang. It was Saturday today so we didn't have training.
She grunted, sleepy, stretching her arms over her head as she turned to me.*
Nobara: *ywans* Morning Nikki~ *she said in a sleepy voice*
Y/N: Good morning, Nobara~ *I replied, looking away from my phone to face her.*
Nobara: *checks her phone* OH! Today it's Panda's birthday!
Y/N: Really? We should get him a gift. *my mind went blank after that moment. What should I get Panda? Bamboo? Hmm, maybe Nobara knows*
Nobara: Yeah! So, I'm thinking Calpas (a type of dried sausage snack in Japan)
Y/N: Really? That's what he likes?
Nobara: Yes! That's his favourite food~ *Nobara said, standing up from her bed and walking to the bathroom to get ready.*
~About 20 minutes late~
*Me and Nobara, after we got ready for the day, we headed outside of the school to get Panda his Calpas.*
Nobara: Thanks for letting me borrow your cute clothes~
Y/N: Aww, no problem. Anyways, are you sure Panda will like his gift?
Nobara: Yes! I'm telling you, that's his favourite food-
*But as we walked past an abandoned building, both me and Nobara sensed something wrong with it.*
Nobara: Huh...a curse...*she muttered.*
*I froze. Fuck. I have to use my Cursed Technique, don't I?
But before I knew it, Nobara had already entered the abandoned building. I quickly followed up, through a broken window, as I looked around.
The filthy and dark building smelled foul, like corpses of animals were rotting inside.
I kept walking, towards where I felt the curse's energy, until I entered a room with radiating blue light.
It hurt my eyes, but I could see Nobara's silhouette fighting the curse, in the corner of the room.*
Y/N: NOBARA! MOVE! I CAN DISTRACT IT!
Nobara: HUH? *She turned around to ask me, but at that moment, the curse took advantage of her fall and threw her across the room.
I felt my powers get out of control again.*
Y/N: SHIT! *I screamed, worrying if Nobara was okay, but at that moment, my power went off. I felt the ground start to shake and I immediately thew my body in a corner of the room, to protect myself from the explosion.
The floor exploded, just like the toilet pipes that were underneath it and all the shit and dirty sewage waste landed onto the curse.
The curse screamed in terror and disgust, while Nobara looked mortified at me. She almost gagged because of the disgusting smell and she kept her nose and mouth covered with her hand.
I rushed over to her to help her stand up, while the curse was distracted, but she pushed me away in disgust.*
Y/N: What are you DOING? EXORCISE IT! *I screamed at her.*
*Nobara roughly stood up, but I could tell she was in pain. She exorcised the curse and then we both walked out of the abandoned house.
We stood on a sidewalk and she had her arms crossed, demanding an explanation about what had just happened. I sighed and tried my best to explain myself.*
Y/N: Look, Nobara. I know that was weird and...disgusting but...that's my Cursed Technique...I can't really do anything about it...
*Her eyes widened as she glared at me, shocked.*
Nobara: THAT'S your Cursed Technique? SHIT? LITERALLY? *She shouted, before walking away from me.*
Y/N: Nobara, wait! *I screamed after her.*
Nobara: I'm going to get Panda Calpas by MYSELF. Don't FUCKING follow me. *she demanded, walking away from me and leaving me alone...*
