I let out a groan as I feel my eyes slowly start to open. When I fully open them the light was too bright so I quickly shut them again.
"Turn the damn lights off" I groan not even knowing if anyone was there or not.
"Alright alright bossy lady" I hear none other than Tony say

He turns the lights lower so it wasn't as bright then I open my eyes. I stare at him for a second before looking around the room.
"Where exactly am I?" I ask him
"Uh you're in the avengers tower" he answers
"And how exactly did you get cranky Ross let that happen?" I ask
"Uh well I made an agreement with him" tony tells me
I push myself up more so I'm sitting normally.
"What exactly was that agreement?" I ask eying him carefully
"Thatyoustayinmysightallthetimesoyoudontstayinacell" he says super quick
"Ok on a normal basis I would understand, but I have a killer headache and need you to speak slower" I tell him rubbing my head
"You have to stay in my sight at all times. It was that or you stay in a cell so..." he tells me
I just stare at him for a while

"Nope I'm leaving" I say as I get out of bed
"Hey hey what? You can't, if you leave my sight then Ross will track you down. Then you really won't ever leave the cell" he tells me
"Don't care, plus I've been hiding all my life he won't find me" I tell him then stand up

But as soon as I stood up my legs gave out on me.
Tony quickly catches me before I could hit the ground. I look up at him.
"So you still leaving?" He asks with a smirk
"Shut up. Once I can really walk then I will" I grumble
"But until then..." he says wanting me to finish
"Yes yes until then I'll stay whatever" I groan as he helps me back in bed
"Go make me some food or something" I say closing my eyes
"You can't leave my sight" he says plainly
"It's not like I can get away, I can't walk" I tell him
"Nope can't do it, Ross's orders. I'll just order it and happy will pick it up" he tells me
"I'm not even gonna comment on any of that" I mumble then start to close my eyes again, before I knew it I fell asleep.

By the time I woke up again it was around 2am. Tony was asleep on the chair and there was a box of pizza sitting next to me. There was a note on top that read "in case you get hungry and I'm asleep"

I let a small smile form before eating a couple pieces. Once I finish I put the box back.

I look around the room some more before my eyes landed on Tony again. Why was he being so nice to me? Wasn't I just fighting against him?

Without knowing I reached for my necklace, but it wasn't there. A little panic set in as I looked around the room. I couldn't see it.
"Shit no" I mumble as I get out of bed, slowly walking trying not to let my legs give out on me.
I look around the room but nothing. I was about to walk out the door when I heard someone speak.

"And where are you going?" A tired Tony asks turning to look at me
"Ok this isn't what it looks like, I'm not trying to leave" I tell him
"Really?" He asks not believing me
"You're not gonna believe me that's fine, look the reason I- no that's stupid why would you believe that it's a stupid reason-" I start to mumble to myself
"I believe a lot of things just tell me" he smiles
"My necklace. I had a necklace but it's gone. Do you have it?" I ask him
"You didn't have a necklace on when Ross had you locked up. He must have put it somewhere in your files." He tells me

"Shit of course he would. Can we get it back?" I ask him
"Not likely. He strictly told me I wasn't allowed to see any of the stuff on you. I'd thought about hacking into that later but I'm trying not to set him off just yet. What's the necklace look like? I can just order a new one-" he starts to tell me
"No, I don't want a new one. It was- no- it's just, they don't make them anymore. I need mine" I tell him
"They don't make them anymore?... you sure it doesn't have any meaning to you? You're kinda stumbling over your words there" he laughs

I just look at him for a second. What the hell it's not like I'm leaving him soon anyways
"My parents gave it to me. I need it back" I tell him looking away
My powers could sense his emotions change. It made a shiver go down my spine, I didn't want his pity.

"How about this then, let your body get back to health. So give or take a week or two, then after that, you and I can both hack into their systems and find where they have it. Deal?" He asks me
I couldn't help but smile a little at that.
"Deal" I nod as we both keep eye contact

"So until then, we just..." I ask trailing off
"Hang around, watch movies, eat junk. Have you seen the new Star Wars movie? I heard from someone it was pretty good so I was thinking of watching it. You want to?" He asks me
"Ive never seen Star Wars but yeah that sounds good" I laugh
"Shit Peter wouldn't be happy about that if I left it. Alright, me you Star Wars marathon tomorrow." He tells me
"Who's Peter?" I ask him confused
"Spider kid from Germany. You'll meet him later on, good kid. But that's besides the point, are you in" he asks me going back to the movie marathon
"What the hell sure, I've got nothing better to do" I shrug
"Yes! I'll prepare it all tomorrow. For now get some rest" he smiles

I just laugh as he turns and starts typing on his computer. Maybe it won't be too bad here.
