today is the first day of filming!! i am actually so excited but not at the same time which is weird but oh well.
when we all get to the location of filming we have to get our hair and makeup done and then we start. i have been memorizing my script and im pretty sure i have it all memorized.
before we all get in the car i have to put on some comfy clothes. i put on a sweatshirt and some baggy sweats. i also check my phone to see if i have any messages, which i have none so i decide to call my sister.
hey sis why did you call me? my sister asked me
"oh i wanted to tell you that today we start filming. so if you want to come you can now" i told her
oh okay, yeah i think i am going to come soon. only if i can bring my guitar she says and then laughs
i laugh at her joke and say "yes definitely"
okay so im gonna come for your birthday probably and then i'll come back and we could celebrate my birthday in december she says
"maybe they will let us take off and i can come back to new york" i say
then that will work definitely she says
"yay i am so excited!" i say
me too! well i better go i have too feed the cats, i love you she says
"i love you too, bye" i say and then hang up
on the way i decide to play, because i liked a boy by sabrina carpenter on my airpods cause she is just the best
i hum to the lyrics in the car and then walker asks me, "hey are you good? you only hum songs when you're stressed"
how can he read me like a book every time?
"remember when i told you about my sister?" i asked
"mhm" he answered
"well she still seems much more distant from joe and she said midnights is like not really about loving him it's about losing him." i told him
"wow thats deep" he said
"yeah and she wrote a song called 'you're losing me'" i tell him
"oh wow" he answers short
i just ended the conversation then and there cause he was acting really upset. then 10 minutes later we arrive at where we film. i go to find my trailer and when i find it i step inside.
"oh my goodness im so exhausted" i say dropping my bag on a chair and i go sit on the couch in there
i scroll on my phone for two minutes and then i decide to get up and organize all of my things. i take out my script and put it down neatly on a desk with a huge mirror on it. i then take out highlighters and place them in a cup.
and then i take out my water and i go sit back on the couch. i then post on instagram a picture that i took in the car

I am so nervous for filming but I literally only have one scene and its with walker. which isn't that bad cause i only have like 4 lines and i know them already
i now have to go get hair and makeup done and i already know what i have to wear. i am excited for today but also i'm not, i'm very worried for my sister cause i think she is gonna get heartbroken again. i knew joe loved her but something is definitely wrong. but I know my sister and she could definitely do it with a broken heart but still.
I arrive at the trailer and I enter.
after about an hour and a half they finish my hair and makeup and I walk back to my trailer.
I then enter and sigh. I didnt know that this would be so stressful. from worrying about my sister to walker having a girlfriend and he won't even hang out with me.
I love my sister very much and I always care about her. this is definitely taking a toll on her mental health.
I then hear a knock on my door, "come in" I say. its walker
"hey june" he says while rubbing the back of his neck
"hey, come on in" I say and then he sits on the couch next to me
"well how's your day going?" he asks
"it's alright I'm just waiting until I have to film" I say
"yeah I did like random scenes that weren't in order" he said
"cool." I say
"hey you seem upset, what's on your mind" he asks me
"oh I'm just worried about my sister, you know" I say
"when do you not worry about her?" he asks
"I don't know, I just love her and I hate to see her upset" I tell him
"you always worry about others and never yourself. I know she is your sister but when was the last time someone asked if you were alright?" he asks me
"uh I'm not sure maybe the last time I talked to my sister" I respond
"so your sister is the only one that checks up on you?" he asks me
"I guess I mean we are always on the phone when we aren't together" I say, then walker and I hear the speaker saying, "june swift and walker scobell to set, I repeat june swift and walker scobell to set thank you."
"well I guess that's us, lets go" i say
walker sighs cause I never answered his question. he just walks outside and waits for me while I put my phone on the charger and take a sip of water.
I then head outside and walker and I walk to set. we then set up for the scene.
after we film the scene walker starts talking to me. "hey that was fun right" he says
"yeah i guess" i respond. i didn't really know what to say to that cause to me it was just a scene
then one of the producers tells us, "your day is over you guys are finished, you both did very nice today." "thank you" we say in unison
I then walk back to my trailer to collect my things, once I've done that I go to walkers trailer and knock on it. "yo blondie are you done?" I say
"uh give me a sec!" he says
"what are you doing in there?" I say
"nothing!" he responds. I then decide to open the door and low and behold walker scobell flexing his muscles in the mirror, I just burst out laughing
"hey you weren't supposed to come in!" he says and pushes me out. once i'm out he shuts the door
"sorry walks i'll wait for you out here" i say from outside, now i just have to wait for him
