Disha & Shaurya's room.
"Could you change the last stage of my pregnancy, which I found traumatic, because of your one response?"
When he heard her, Shaurya fell silent; he did not know what to say.
Maybe he realizes what he said was in anger, but those words act as a dagger in her heart at that late stage of pregnancy.
When she did not get a response from him, she smiled wryly and got out of bed to leave the room, but before she could, he took her hand and gently led her to the room's window.
"I know I fucked up badly, but trust me, I married you for Daksh, but after marriage I do everything for us," he said, standing next to her.
"People said what they felt in their hearts, Mr. Khanna. And in the end, I realized that you never truly loved me." Disha turned to leave after saying this, but Shaurya grabbed her arm once more.
"Recall the period when we tied the knot and returned to Mumbai, staying in this apartment?" he inquired, bringing up their past.
She pivoted to face him, who was staring at her.
"Recall the time I forgot to buy you ice cream at two in the morning, and you threw me outside the house?" He enquired, thinking back to a time they had spent together.
Unknowingly, Disha smiled as she thought back to their past.
F L A S H B A C K :-
Disha was in her fifth month of pregnancy at the time. It was all moving as smoothly as butter.
They were living a happy life together, even though they occasionally got into cutesy arguments that strengthened their bond.
Shaurya had to go to the office on Sunday for some crucial work. Disha, meanwhile, was frowning as she sat on her bed and watched him.
Her pregnancy was making her glow in a different way. Her pregnancy and Shaurya's excellent care for her contributed to the increased glow on her face.
