A little over the year
"Maa" Aarchi looked at Kaira who switched tv channels with interest."Hmm?" Kaira said looking down at Aarchi on her lap.
"Did papa write you love letters?" She asked wondering as the song "Kabootar ja ja" played on her air pods.
"Ehh you can't really call the love letters but yeah we passed on chits" Kaira said shrugging her shoulder switching between Star Gold, Zee Cinema and Sony Max.
"What did you write about?" Aarchi removed her air pods and placed them in their case and asked curiously.
"Just random things. We both were in school so just school things" Kaira ran her fingers through Aarchi's hair.
"Okay" Aarchi looked down at her fingers and played with them nervously.
"What did you do princess?" Kaira asked noticing the change in behaviour.
"I kind of like leave a lot of sticky notes on his computer and then on his personal laptop and then on his desk" She said blushing severely.
"Do you think he will find it cringe?" Aarchi asked sitting straight hyperventilating.
"I don't think so. I feel men do like these kind of stuff but they pretend to show that they hate it but maan mein laddu foot te hai" Kaira replied pulling Aarchi back on to her lap.
"Kiske maan mein laddu phoot rahe hai?" Rishav asked sitting on the sofa with his laptop.
"No one just talking about men in general" Kaira replied with a wink telling Aarchi her secret was safe.
"What have we men done now?" Rishav asked playfully.
"Nothing we were just guessing a few reactions of you men" Kaira replied changing the channel to Star Gold.
"Reaction on what?"
"On whether men like it when we leave you cute stick notes or write you letters" Aarchi said moving her legs sideways to see Rishav.
"Ohh we love it. It just makes us feel so loved and cared. Its too personal" Rishav said waving his hand like it was something very simple.
"You haven't written me anything in a while" Rishav looked up from his laptop to Kaira who looked at him challenginly.
"I wrote you one just this Monday" Kaira reminded him.
"That's been a long time, don't you think Aaru?" Rishav said with a smirk knowing Aarchi would take his side blindly.
"He's right. Its being 3 days to a Monday ma" Aarchi said agreeing with Rishav.
"I need my sons here to back me up because you two aren't being nice to me at this moment" Kaira complained pouting.
"Chalo you guys enjoy. I'll go home, Vihaan and Arush would be waiting for me" Aarchi said standing up, not wanting to interrupt the couple.
"Why are they waiting for you?"
"We planned to watch a movie together. I think we will watch Deadpool vs Wolverine. The boys said that they'll plan all the snacks and stuff" Aarchi said with a smile as she packed her things in her purse and left for home.
She walked to her bedroom to see Vihaan standing in the balcony as the Bluetooth speaker played 'Jab se tere naina'
"Jabse tere naina mere nainon se laage re" Vihaan sang opening his towel like Ranbir Kapoor in the song and danced exactly as in the song. Aarchi slowly closed the door and hid behind the bed enjoying the show.
"Jabse tere nainaaa" Vihaan folded the towel around him and moved towards the dresser to comb his hair. Aarchi crept up to him from behind and jumped on his back. He stumbled but caught her safely.
