"We just nearly died..." Bonnie clutches the harness, her chest heaving up and down as she notices the laughter coming from beside her.

"You think this is funny? Hell, I almost had myself a damn heart attack!" Bonnie scoffs, her southern drawl growing stronger as the anger rises up to her warm cheeks.

Tyler smirks to himself, "your face was a picture, I wish I was filming that..." he snickers to himself.

"We couldn't have watched it from afar?" Bonnie eventually lets the small smile creep over her face as she unbuckles the harness.

"Where's the fun in that?" Tyler shakes his head, a shrug from the man making bonnie scoff a laugh.

"You sure your brain didn't get all mangled up from those bulls?" She runs a hand through her auburn locks.

"You tell me, darlin'..." he raises an eyebrow before looking out into the night sky as the truck starts moving.

Bonnie looks out of her window and bites the inside of her lip, a warm tint lingering on her cheeks as the pair drive in silence for a few seconds.

Bursting out laughing, bonnie leans forward and places her hands on the dash, making Tyler stare at her with a confused smile.

"I can't believe you drove us into that thing. I mean, do those things have a size chart? What was that?" She covers her face with her hands and shakes her head.

Tyler smirks at the girl before watching the dust clouds behind the truck in the mirror, "I'd say that was an EF-1, but it's hard to tell in the dark" he strums his fingers on the wheel.

Bonnie stares at the man, eager to know more, "EF-1? What- is that like the biggest one?" She furrows her brows.

Tyler chuckles, shaking his head as he drives with one hand on the wheel and the other resting on the shifter.

"EF-0's are the lowest on the scale... EF-5's are the highest. Ya' see, the scale of a twister is determined based on wind speeds and related damage. Which is why nocturnal tornados are tricky to determine, you can't really see the damage until daybreak" Tylers eyes light up as he speaks on the topic.

Bonnie admires the passion within the man's heart, and she smiles to herself as she thinks of her mother.

"You mean to tell me that you live in the middle of tornado alley, and you don't already know all this?" Tyler smirks, looking over to the woman who's already staring at him.
