Jake and Carrington's relationship have been not fixed at all since Carrington's distrust of action. They fight everyday about it, and forgive each other. It's a cycle of events, one of these nights – Jake and Carrington are fighting.

Johnnie was listening, he heard them fighting and it woke him up. He decided to get up and go to the living room to see what was going on.

"No, I can't forgive you and forget Carrington!" Jake shouted back at Carrington. "Why not?! Baby, we talked about this! You already forgave me! Why the sudden switch up?!"

"Because i just–..." Jake shakes his head. He turned it to see Johnnie walking down the stairs.

Johnnie walks down the stairs and into the living room, he looks at Jake and Carrington and yawns."Are you two still fighting..?"

Carrington immediately puts on a happy face, "What? Oh no. Did we wake you up? I'm sorry, but someone..." He glared at Jake. "Was being loud."

Jake scoffed and looked hurt in the face. But he didn't speak.

Johnnie sighed and sat down on the couch."You're both always fucking  fighting, and it's annoying."

Jake knew Johnnie didn't know the real reason why they're relationship is tanking down. The emo has no idea that Carrington cheated on Jake.

He just thinks it's a couple fights.

Johnnie rolled his eyes, he was used to them fighting all the time but he was getting tired of it."You two really need to sort your issues out."

Jake didn't say anything he just grabbed his Ed-Hardy jacket and slipped it on, walking out of the house and slamming the door.

Carrington shouts, "Okay, yeah! Go! Go buy another fucking pack why don't ya?! It's gonna kill you!"

Johnnie watched Jake leave, he looked at Carrington and crossed his arms."He's smoking again..?"

"Yep" Carrington replied, plopping onto the couch next to Johnnie. "This relationship i have with him was going perfect. Why did i screw it up?"

Johnnie leaned back against the couch.
"So, what are you going to do? Apologize and hope he forgives you again?"

"That's all i can do man." Carrington replied. He shakes his head. "He's so difficult." He grumbled underneath his breath.

Even though Jake wasn't in the wrong.

Carrington was.

Carrington sighed. "He relapsed on cigarettes, he's jealous that I'm friends with Chase." He makes up a fake reason, but it somewhat kinda fitted with the situation.

Johnnie looked at Carrington with a hint of disappointment in his eyes.
"So, what do you want me to do about it? You're the one who messed up, not me."

"I didn't mess up! Jake did!" Carrington suddenly switched the blame onto the punk. "He's the toxic one here, gaslighting me if i leave him he'll smoke himself to death." He lied.

Johnnie took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down."I know he's not perfect, but he's still my best friend. And I know he would never gaslight you. I don't believe a word you're saying, Carrington."

"Whatever man." Carrington rolled his eyes. But the door opened to reveal Jake. Carrington springs up from the couch,

"C'mon, talk to me! What?! You're nonverbal again?! C'mon!" He egged on but Jake just walked himself up the stairs, not talking.

Johnnie watched as Jake walked past them and up the stairs without saying a word."What the hell, Carrington? You know he gets like this when he's upset. You shouldn't have provoked him."
